Good location, right opposite to wanxiang city mall. Good service, thank you Ken for upgrading the room to the sea view room, which has spectacular view. The breakfast is also nice, with many options. The only downside is that Wi-Fi was not stable in my room.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the scenic spot Wanluyuan opposite in 5 minutes on foot. The starting price of a taxi is that you can go to Qilou Old Street. If you are further afield, you can go to Xixiu Beach or Baishamen Park or Haida Night Market for 20 yuan. For eating and shopping, there are Vientiane City and China World Trade Center nearby. It is a ten-minute walk to the popular Friendship Sunshine City and Shangbang Parkway City. There is also the headquarters of Coconut Tree Group nearby. The internal facilities are newly renovated, including smart toilets, light controls, and curtains. The lobby is neat and clean, and the front desk service is also very good. Children's slippers and toothbrushes are provided, which is very cost-effective.

I have previously stayed at the Sofitel in Haitang Bay a few times so am quite familiar with their style and service and I have to say Sofitel. haikou actually exceeded my expectations. Considering it is just in a tall building, they've done a very good job to give it a 'resort' feel. They've achieved this through really excellent customer service and with decent facilities. The rooftop pool is nice and has sunbeds around the side (not really visible in the photos). I always value a gym in a hotel and I am a lift weights alot and I would say this is one of the best hotel gyms I've been to that isn't an actual commercial gym. It has a good enough range of equipment for anyone who regularly goes to the gym. We also had the club access and the ladies who worked in the clubroom, Kristy and Shirley were excellent and very friendly and accommodating. The level of English was also very good and I also appreciated that reception allowed me to check out at 4pm at no extra cost, which is always a good representation of customer service. Would recommend if you want resort vibes in the middle of the city.

There was a miscommunication between the front desk and the breakfast counter. Was told that they have given complimentary breakfast ( I dint ask for for it) during check in. When I headed to the breakfast was informed that I need to pay for it... Head straight to the airport for my breakfast instead... When boarding the cab, the bellhop were chatting among themselves. Only when my luggage was in the trunk of the cab they came over to offer their help... Personally I wouldn't recommend haikou hilton due to the uncoordinated communications and the service levels.

I checked into the new hotel in the city center with great expectations, and I was not disappointed. From the moment I entered the door, a fresh aroma hit my nose, and then the concierge took the initiative to help with the luggage. Then he went to the front desk to check me in very professionally and helped me upgrade the room. I have to say that the front desk is really good-looking. Going up to the room was another unexpected surprise. They had already arranged it for me without me knowing, which made us both very happy and added some color to our journey. I felt the professionalism of the hotel throughout the stay. The quality of service is extremely high, and they respond to every request. When I checked out, Jason, the assistant manager of the hotel lobby, enthusiastically gave us the hotel's souvenirs and delayed check-out treatment, and introduced us to the fun and delicious places in Hainan until we got on the bus and left. It can be said that he is very professional. Thumbs up, which made me so impressed with this hotel. Next time I come, I will still choose here as always. It really feels like home.

Great hotel experience. My room was upgraded and I enjoyed the view. Room is clean and I got the rack to dry my wet towel and clothes. Location is good as the bus station is just a few minutes away and easy for me to go both sides. Check in and check out is very smooth as well with a nice talk at the counter. Will definitely come back if I visit Hainan again.

I stayed in a sea view room. I could see the panoramic view of Wanlv Garden and the sea opposite. The room was clean and comfortable. Xiao Lin at the front desk has a friendly attitude and good service. He is able to put himself in others' shoes and pay attention to the details of the guests' needs after staying at the hotel, such as whether they need to issue invoices in advance and where are good places to eat and shop nearby. He is very considerate and makes people feel comfortable. I feel at home and will choose to stay here next time. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

I brought my children to live here three years ago. It is very Hainanese. After three years, the decoration has changed. The room layout is more rational. You can also wash clothes and have a drying function, which is amazing! The air conditioner and TV worked great! There is also a free drink! The staff at the front desk are also super nice, especially Feifei. Seeing that I brought my children, they specially upgraded us to a better room, which is more spacious, suitable for children and not depressing! The location is superb, it is very convenient to eat and drink from Friendship Sunshine City! For consecutive stays, the breakfast is very family-style, without too many complicated decorations, very good! Will come again!

Nicely located on the beach trail, the city sites are easily accessible by rental bikes, which can be found nearby. The bay view was splendid, worth the visit itself. Although somewhat isolated from restaurants, good dining is minutes away by taxi or bike. An on-site convenience store and local market provide basic needs, such as food and beverages. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with abundant choices of Chinese items, eggs and breakfast meats, and cold cerel. Pastry selection was minimal. The only coffee available is the espresso machine, which was broken one morning, leaving me in a semi-conscious stupor for most of the day. The coffee shop nearby opens at 10:30, which seems to defeat the purpose of coffee. The gym was well equipped but not air conditioned. The pool was nice, but as is common in China, had insufficient chlorine to prevent the growth of green and slippery stuff in places; don't swallow this water. The 15 CNY pool fee was fair. Overall, an outstanding stay for the price.

Often come to Haikou for business trips But it is the first time to live in Junhua Haiyi But better than all the hotels I stayed in before🏨 Leo Lee at reception is the best staff I have ever met! From the beginning of check-in, he helped me recommend a room with a good location and a very nice orientation. You can also see the sea🌊 and also gave welcome fruit and snacks. The best thing is that my flight was delayed due to military reasons, but Leo Li has always helped me actively solve the problem in an unfamiliar place. The city is really too warm! !
