Pullman Haikou

Excellent service! Mavis Rae was incredibly helpful in resolving issues. The environment is lovely, and the room is very spacious.

Sunny and close to the mall, it has a bathtub, and it's convenient for taxis and food delivery. Perfect for relaxing after a conference.

The hotel room was spacious, and the overall environment was great. There's a commercial street nearby, which made dining very convenient. The service was enthusiastic; the front desk staff were welcoming, and the bellhop helped bring my luggage to the room. The cleaning staff were also very diligent. Breakfast was plentiful, and it offered excellent value for money.

On a business trip, this hotel was fantastic. Gina and Rae at the front desk were incredibly efficient and concise with communication, and Skye from concierge provided excellent, thoughtful service. It made for a very smooth and pleasant trip. What a wonderful experience, bright and sunny!

The bed in the room was really soft, but I felt like the bathtub wasn't working perfectly. I'd suggest adding disposable bathtub liners. The bathroom in the room was a bit smaller than I expected. Overall, it was decent and I slept quite comfortably. Since there weren't many people when I visited, the downstairs facilities were very peaceful and pleasant. It's a good place to spend more time at the hotel. The children's playground was quite small – 'small but perfectly formed,' as they say – but the facilities were very basic and rather simple. For this price, I expected a better experience.

Stayed at the Pullman Haikou for 3 consecutive days and had a great experience. The hotel greeters and front desk staff were all very welcoming upon check-in, and all the services during our stay were excellent. We especially enjoyed the afternoon tea and happy hour included with our executive package. Every day, we'd go for a soak in the hot springs and take a stroll along the hotel's riverside to enjoy the scenery.
