Pullman Haikou

Five-star review! The Pullman hotel boasts a beautiful environment and stunning river and sea views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The service is warm and efficient, and breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The swimming pool and hot springs are well-equipped, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations.

After a week in Haikou, the most memorable spots were Qilou Old Street, Huacai, and the South Gate of Hainan University. Our stay was incredibly comfortable. We chose the Pullman Haikou for its full sea-view suite with a large balcony. The front desk staff, Joan, noticed we preferred a quiet room and proactively arranged a higher, quieter floor for us. She also added us on WeChat to provide timely updates, important information, and details about exclusive benefits. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly handled. It was a fantastic experience, and we're very grateful. The two young ladies at the executive lounge also provided excellent service.

The hotel's facilities and services were excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping team were also very kind. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious. The staff even upgraded us to a river-view room.

Although it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained with nothing broken. The hygiene, facilities, staff service, and breakfast are all excellent. They also have a free fish pond, hot spring pools, swimming pool, and a splash pool, all of which are great. It offers excellent value for money.

Very good. The location is quite secluded with nice views, perfect for a family vacation. The surrounding amenities are also convenient, with easy access to dining and more. The service was excellent, and overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was very clean, the hotel environment was good, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options.

The hotel facilities are great, with several swimming pools and hot spring pools. Facing the river, the view is lovely. The children's play area is also good, with sun shades. The Chinese restaurant's lunch was delicious, especially the hand-pulled noodles which my child absolutely loved. It's not far from Qilou Old Street, and only about 1 km from the Seafood World, where the seafood is excellent. The room facilities are decent, and it offers good value for money. They even gave us two souvenir gifts. Choosing this hotel in Haikou was definitely the right decision.
