InterContinental Hotels HAIKOU SEAVIEW by IHG

This was my second stay here, and everything was incredibly smooth, thanks to our butler Jenny. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Qilou Old Street and Cloud Cave Library, and right next to Century Bridge, offering expansive sea views. The breakfast was also very good. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

The room was spacious and elegant, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framing the sea view perfectly. Being on a high floor, the view was absolutely stunning. The bedding was soft and comfortable, complemented by high-end Byredo toiletries. Even the balcony offered a full sea view. The service was meticulous and attentive, and the duty manager, Shaw Wu, provided truly exceptional service.

The hotel faces the bay, offering a first-class view. This stay was perfect, and I must particularly commend Evelyn and all the hotel staff! During check-in, Evelyn was enthusiastic, professional, and promptly responsive. She proactively helped us coordinate the room type and location, and her efficient and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly welcome throughout. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all amenities were well-stocked and neatly arranged. The soundproofing was superb, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, the public areas are clean and orderly, and service is quick to respond. Housekeeping was timely and meticulous, showing attention to every detail. The service was standardized yet warm, and Evelyn's professionalism and kindness truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

Excellent Stay | Haikou Hualuxe Intercontinental: The Two-Bedroom Suite is a Must-Book! This time, I checked into the Haikou Hualuxe Intercontinental and stayed consecutively in a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom ocean-view suite. It truly deserves five stars! 🌊 The hotel is incredibly close to the sea with stunning views. You can walk to the mall in 5 minutes, where you can find all sorts of authentic Hainanese local specialties – so convenient. My favorite perk was the breakfast! You get access to both the executive lounge upstairs and the coffee shop downstairs, offering a wide variety of choices that don't repeat. No need to queue, and you can enjoy authentic Hainanese flavors, which instantly boosts your happiness. The service was top-notch throughout; the staff were enthusiastic and attentive, always ready to help, making for a very comfortable experience. The two-bedroom suite is perfect for families or friends traveling together; the space is ample and thoughtfully decorated. The one-bedroom suite offers privacy and comfort, with incredibly soft and comfortable bedding that guarantees a great night's sleep. The surrounding environment is quiet yet convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect, and the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou!

The Cai Feng Lou restaurant at the InterContinental Haikou is exceptionally good. The hotel gym is on the 11th floor, offering sea views while you run, and it's well-ventilated, making for a very comfortable workout. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the InterContinental Haikou on my last day in Hainan!

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities, including a pristine swimming pool. Being within walking distance to the beach was a huge plus, making getting around super convenient. A special shout-out to the front desk lady for her incredibly thoughtful service. She proactively shared useful travel tips, discount vouchers, and the shuttle schedule. Her meticulous and considerate arrangements made us feel completely at ease and truly warmed our hearts.
