Guest UserI brought my child to Haikou for a vacation this time and stumbled upon this hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, truly great value for money.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Haikou's West Coast, just a short drive from Leiqiong Global Geopark, Tropical Wildlife Park, Holiday Beach, and CDF Haikou International Duty-Free City. It's incredibly convenient whether you're exploring nature, taking kids to see animals, or shopping for duty-free goodies.
The hotel's facilities are exceptionally well-equipped. The outdoor pool, with its dedicated children's play area and fun water slides, keeps kids entertained. There's also an indoor heated pool, a professional gym, and a ping-pong room, catering to both adult relaxation and kids' fun. You can easily fill your leisure time without even leaving the hotel.
The breakfast quality was a pleasant surprise. The dishes were abundant and varied, with no repetition, and the taste was on point. It offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and local specialties, so you wouldn't get tired of it even with daily meals.
The room details were meticulously thought out, perfectly suited for Hainan's humid climate. Since the hotel is a bit away from the sea, it's not too damp. The bathroom is equipped with a full set of Bvlgari toiletries. The room's air conditioning has powerful dehumidifying capabilities, and there's an additional independent dehumidifier. The room stayed dry and fresh throughout our stay, completely free from any sticky or uncomfortable feeling.
The service was thoughtful and attentive, with staff members being gentle and polite.
From the front desk to the restaurant and public area staff, everyone was warm and courteous. Requests were promptly attended to, and they were patient and meticulous in their interactions, making our entire stay very comfortable.
This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's a fantastic choice for family vacations or leisure stays in Haikou; you absolutely can't go wrong. I'll definitely be returning!

This hotel just opened, so all the facilities are brand new, and the decor is simple and clean. The moment you walk in, it's a great sensory experience. The room layout is fresh and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures are new and work perfectly. Plus, all the toiletries are provided. Moon and Pearl at the front desk were very warm, polite, and efficient with check-in. The environment was very clean with no strange odors, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The value for money is excellent. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

I brought my child along for a short trip, and the experience was fantastic value for money. Ctrip offered a great price during this period. The breakfast and regular buffet had a wide variety of authentic dishes, which I really enjoyed. The hotel's location is excellent; opening the window reveals a sea view where you can see across the strait.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with multiple indoor and outdoor swimming areas, which my child absolutely loved. They mostly wanted to play within the hotel grounds and didn't want to go out. The beach is just across the road, which is super convenient.
Hygiene: The room was clean, and housekeeping was prompt. As an environmentalist, I don't advocate for waste.
Service: The service was attentive, and the front desk staff were warm and thorough. Seeing that I had a child, they proactively upgraded our room. A big shout-out to Xiaomeng! This level of service is often something state guesthouse-type hotels do better than international chains – they proactively helped with luggage, taxis, and hotel activities, which was great for a family with a child.
The experience was truly excellent, and I'll definitely bring my wife here next time.

JK Muller**Raving Review of MOS Hotel Haikou**
From the moment I set foot in MOS Hotel Haikou, I knew I was in for a unique experience. The atmosphere is simply enchanting, with a sense of tranquility that envelops you right from the lobby. The clever architectural design showcases bespoke touches that only a true connoisseur of hospitality would appreciate. I found myself drawn to the Garden Restaurant, where I could unwind with a cup of coffee amidst lush greenery, soaking in the inspiration of my surroundings.
The hotel is situated on Hainan, the southernmost tropical island in China, offering a delightful fusion of nature and culture. The fragrant air carries hints of the island’s unique aroma, creating a refreshing ambiance that enhances your stay. The Garden Restaurant is a culinary highlight, serving exquisite Chinese dishes that tantalize the taste buds, complemented by a delightful morning breakfast that fuels your adventures.

The picturesque settings are ideal for Insta-worthy photos, allowing you to capture the essence of your stay in stunning visuals. ShishuiliuxiangzuiwangyouThe hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Bund. You can enjoy sea views during breakfast and breathtaking sunsets in the evening. It's also very close to the Cloud Cave Bookstore, just a few minutes' walk away, and the popular 'Starry Sky Restaurant & Bar' is right next door. Definitely worth recommending! 👍👍👍
A special shout-out and five-star rating to our housekeeper, Jenny. She promptly resolved every issue we encountered and even helped us get a free upgrade to a suite. She was truly wonderful!

Guest UserThe hotel's main entrance isn't directly on the main road, and while the garden isn't huge, stepping into the lobby immediately brings a sense of calm with the classic Langham fragrance. Hehe. The check-in area is located on the 43rd floor, offering panoramic views of Haikou. Downstairs, it's right next to MixC World and Evergreen Park, making getting around super convenient. The hotel's decor style particularly appeals to feminine aesthetics, with elegance evident in every detail.

Guest UserHygiene: Good, clean, and the cleaning lady was very kind and meticulous.
Environment: The room decoration was very exquisite, practical, and thoughtfully designed.
Service: The front desk staff were generally good, with a strong service-oriented attitude. Initially, a tall man checked me in; he was a bit cold and arrogant. However, the slender girl who checked me out was very friendly and professional. When I left, someone saluted and smiled, which was very heartwarming. One minor issue was that the luggage service was too slow, slower than the average hotel, and even more so for a Ritz-Carlton.
Facilities:
Pros: The gym was excellent, I really liked the equipment, it was very comfortable. It wasn't overly crowded.
Cons: The swimming pool was a bit small (15 meters). The pool and gym are shared with the Renaissance, so the clientele is a bit mixed. I suspect I was followed by a man (he kept swimming close to me, when I got up, he got up, when I walked away, he followed, and when I walked aimlessly, he also followed). So, ladies traveling alone should be careful!
The biggest drawback was the location; it's quite out of the way, and ordering delivery was inconvenient. However, the Chinese restaurant was quite good. But there's no hotel in the city center that can compare to the Ritz-Carlton in terms of quality, so it's a matter of trade-offs.

🌻 I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for my vacation in Haikou. A butler proactively contacted me before check-in, and the check-in process was smooth upon arrival, with the staff introducing the hotel's services. The hotel's location is excellent, with a beach nearby and adjacent to the convention center. It's about 3 kilometers from the duty-free city, with a fixed shuttle service daily.
🌻 My room was on the 7th floor of the West Wing's executive level. The room was spacious, facing the sea with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the hotel. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, with stable water pressure and temperature, making for a comfortable shower experience. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. The 8-foot king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was good, and supplies were replenished promptly. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were a bit old.
🌻 The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is served at the Western restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The food variety was rich and delicious, featuring local delicacies and catering to international guests' tastes. The restaurant also provided baby cutlery. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offer full-course meals.
🌻 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including children's and adult swimming pools, and a natural hot spring. During the summer holiday, there were many children and various activities. Guests on the executive floor can enjoy executive benefits, such as afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM at the executive lounge on the 8th floor, light snacks from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, and drinks served until 10 PM after dinner.

Posted on Apr 12, 2025|2-bed Room With Sea View
Anonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
