GGuest UserHygiene: The bath towels and hand towels were individually wrapped, completely easing any hygiene concerns.
Environment: The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Downstairs is a park with excellent greenery, and the surrounding area is very convenient.
Service: The staff were warm and thoughtful. They helped us upgrade our room type and were very responsive to all our requests. The robot delivery for items was also very quick. Oh, and the washing machine and dryer are fantastic for travelers – Atour really thinks of all the customer's needs. The pillows were the most comfortable out of the four hotels I stayed at on this trip; I even ordered some when I got back!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was excellent and varied, offering fruits, bread, hot dishes, and even freshly cooked items. The room also came with complimentary drinks, and you could pick up free coffee at the front desk. They even provided late-night snacks! But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were not only beautiful but also had lovely voices, making every interaction a pleasure.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Facilities: The lobby on the first floor is very grand. Taking the elevator to the 35th floor for check-in, the view from the high-rise lobby as you exit the elevator is breathtaking.
Environment: Directly opposite is Zizai Bay, and Wanhuiyuan is great for a stroll. The air is also very good. It's very convenient for going out and about.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this resort for 4 nights at the beginning of May while my kids (ages 9 and 11) were on school break. They loved it. They really enjoyed the pool, the springs and the breakfast and dinner buffets. The sushi restaurant is also good. The kids liked the slides and obstacle course in the pool area. There are so many springs here, with varying temperatures so you can choose to soak in cold ones or hot ones. And they are broken into regions (Asia, Europe, America, Africa). The service we received was great. Everyone was very helpful. Jordon in particular was very clear in communicating with me about what was included with our booking and how to access those items. There were a lot of other families at the resort since it was a holiday time but it was not too crowded. Would definitely recommend it to others. Close by is Mission Hills Centreville (retail shopping area), Feng Xiaogang Movie Town (featuring recreated old Chinese movie sets) and Splash City (a large water park). It's commendable that they can maintain Ascott's service standards in such a desolate environment.
Two things that left a deep impression:
1. The front desk proactively packed breakfast for me as I had an early departure the next day.
2. The spa staff were waiting for me an hour in advance.
One area for improvement:
1. Upon check-in, the front desk could proactively share information about the cultural center's activities with guests.
Xiao Liang and Xiao Su provided excellent service, making both check-in and check-out smooth.

GGuest UserThis is a really comfortable hotel. Every time I visit Haikou, I make sure to stay here for a night. The main reason is their amazing 830-meter deep hot spring directly in the rooms – a soak there just melts away all the fatigue. The rooms are spacious and bright. Plus, the hotel is very close to the Qilou Old Street, just a short taxi ride (minimum fare). There's even an airport shuttle nearby. It's truly great.

XXiguaxiguluLocation, Cleanliness, Facilities: The location on the west coast is quite convenient. The room's cleanliness is good, and the facilities are complete, including a kids' play area. The concierge and security proactively offered to help with our luggage and asked if we needed butler service.
Highlights: Both the room and the lobby have information brochures about the hotel's facilities and nearby tourist services.
Upon check-in, the front desk also provided a detailed information sheet, which helped reduce guest anxiety and waiting time by having so much information readily available.
In the evening, the lobby bar even had live music, creating a great atmosphere. There aren't many resort-style hotels like this in Haikou, which is a big plus! 👍
Minor incident: During check-in, the front desk mentioned they'd send welcome fruit. My child overheard it and kept asking that evening why it hadn't arrived. I didn't think much of it at the time, so I didn't follow up.

GGuest UserStayed here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around by taxi and close to shopping areas. The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – I slept soundly until morning. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they were very responsive to any requests. The hot water in the bathroom was consistently good, and the amenities were of high quality. For the price, it's a rare find! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Plenty of food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls nearby. Very popular hotel. Breakfast simple but good.
