Huangma Yehai International Hotel

The room is spacious and well-equipped. It's a new hotel located in the city center, making dining very convenient. There's a Fang Zhongshan restaurant downstairs nearby, and you can charge your devices in the backyard. It's also only a few hundred meters from Coconut Palm Group.

There's a great dim sum restaurant downstairs, and the breakfast is also good. The room was clean.

My business stay at the Regal Haikou Coconut Grove International Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to MixC shopping mall and within walking distance to Evergreen Park, making getting around and shopping incredibly convenient. The fully smart-equipped room was spotless and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dim sum on the third floor was authentically delicious. A special shout-out to Supervisor Li at the front desk – she handled my check-in efficiently and quickly, patiently answered my questions about my itinerary and parking, providing detailed and thoughtful service. She was gentle and polite throughout, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou!

The service was excellent! Xiao Yun and Xiao Jin at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared mosquito repellent patches for me during check-in, which was an absolutely fantastic touch. They also gave me a welcome gift. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Facilities: Meets five-star standards. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the room was new and well-maintained. Environment: Many commercial areas nearby, convenient for shopping and dining. Service: Enthusiastic and proactive, with 24-hour service. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were richer. Also, scanning a QR code to do laundry was a bit cumbersome. But overall, it's a hotel with excellent value for money that lives up to five-star standards.

The front desk staff, Xiaoyun and Xiaojin, provided excellent and friendly service, making me feel right at home. They recommended the intangible cultural heritage 'Lao Ba Cha' (traditional dim sum breakfast) on the third floor, which was indeed delicious. Qilou Old Street was also a great place to explore. The public areas were well-maintained and very clean, and the guest room hygiene was impeccable, with no strange smells or neglected corners.

Stayed for 3 days. What a wonderful place! Conveniently located with a huge, modern shopping mall and plenty of cafes nearby. We got an upgraded room with a lovely view. Very clean, well-renovated, and equipped with excellent modern appliances. The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. Incredible value for money! And there's a fantastic bakery downstairs. Highly recommend!

The environment here is great, and the price is reasonable. It's super convenient to go shopping at MixC nearby, or take a stroll in the park and enjoy the sea view. The hotel service is excellent; even food deliveries are brought by robots, and it's 24/7 service.

The room was exceptionally good, and the front desk lady was incredibly helpful. She brought water and tissue paper promptly whenever we asked. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for getting around. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Haikou.
