酒店位於海口的繁華地段，旁邊就是希爾頓和海口萬象城，出現很方便，就是週末堵車嚴重。辦理入住在35層，然後再下對應的樓層入住。房間的佈局很用心，尤其是浴室部分，還有一面巨大的落地鏡。
餐飲方面自助早餐高峯期需要排隊等位，建議提前來。索菲特作為法國品牌，早餐有可頌和法棒，這其他五星級酒店也有啊，所以沒有很出彩。甚至早餐我沒見到其他法式特色餐食了。總之個人對酒店的體驗感覺中規中矩吧。

房間很好，裝修很現代，坐在浴室裏還可以看電視好評，給孩子的棉拖鞋也是我住過所有酒店裡最小的，畢竟3歲寶寶的腳丫小。
早餐很精緻，算是這次旅行z第二滿意的早餐，有糟粕醋粉，酸酸辣辣很開胃，旁邊還有餈粑油條，一小碗一小碗的海南粉也很好吃。因為海口的朋友請吃飯沒嘗晚上自助餐有點遺憾。
行政酒廊種類很少但是很精緻。第一天去的炒雞味道不錯，雞尾酒也很好喝，就是雞尾酒的時間再晚點就好了。
泳池有室內泳池，比起隔壁希爾頓，索菲特泳池乾淨還有温泉池（我也不知道算不算，但挺熱的，室外泳池沒有開，天氣太冷了），孩子玩的很開心，在温泉池裡呆了一個小時旁邊還有小哥提醒要給寶寶補水。就是泳池旁邊沒有家庭公共廁所，三歲孩子衹能去男更衣室噓噓，但孩子又不願意跟陌生小哥去。就很麻煩（為何現在這個社會三歲孩子不可以進入女更衣室，捂着眼睛進去噓噓也不行嗎，三歲還嬰幼兒啥都不懂啊🤦）
PS我們是親子旅行，酒店麼有小童樂園也不提供寶寶坐便器，如果有就更好了。
索菲特還是更商務一點適合商務旅行。房間乾淨衞生還提供泡泡浴，海景一流，餐飲好吃，吃完晚餐到對面還海邊散步非常愜意，交通方便附近有商場也可以散步消食。

來海口出差看到這家網評挺高的就果斷選擇了。前台根據我的需求提前安排了高樓層寬敞的房間，還很有禮貌。房間安排的很滿意，床墊的舒適感完全超出預期，它不是單純的軟或硬，而是能根據身體曲線自適應貼合。退房也快速幫忙開好發票，這裏的服務符合國際五星級標準，下次出差還住這裏。
