"The front desk service was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. All the staff were extremely polite, and the environment was superb. The infinity pool was beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located and offers a shuttle service. There are several restaurants within the hotel, providing a wide variety of dining options. As for the Buddha quote, it seems out of place in a hotel review, but the overall hotel experience was great."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"As an older, established hotel, it's really great. It's convenient for shopping, eating, and getting around. The most important thing is that the rooms are huge! Because the higher floors are under renovation, there's a smell in the elevators on those floors, and you can hear some noise in the rooms during the day. However, the hotel informed me about this beforehand. Since I wasn't mainly there to lounge at the hotel, the renovation hours from 9 AM to 8 PM were perfectly acceptable. It's highly recommended, and the service is excellent; everyone is very nice."

"I highly recommend Grand Lisboa Palace Hotel; it’s perfect for families traveling with children. The staff took such good care of us throughout our stay, making our whole trip comfortable and stress-free! The front desk staff – Jerome, Yamka, and Christina – were incredibly enthusiastic. When they learned we had a baby, they proactively asked about our needs and immediately arranged for a crib and baby toiletries to be sent to our room. We didn’t have to prepare anything extra, which was a thoughtful touch. After checking in, I wasn't sure how to operate the bottle sterilizer. housekeeping staff member, Jia Hui, patiently demonstrated and explained the steps, her attitude gentle and meticulous. When I called to inquire about hotel matters, the male customer service representative I spoke with was incredibly professional. He clearly and detailedly explained the shuttle bus routes and schedules and even informed me about kid-friendly areas within the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but I'm still very grateful. The hotel environment is grand and elegant, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The mother and baby facilities are comprehensive. From the front desk to housekeeping and inquiry staff, every employee was warm, attentive, and accommodating. This stay with our child was an exceptional experience, making for a very pleasant and perfect trip to Macau. I will definitely choose Grand Lisboa Palace again next time I visit Macau, and I recommend it to all families traveling with children!"

"First off, let's talk about the front desk. From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent. I mentioned it was my first time staying here, and the front desk staff immediately escorted me to my room to explain all the amenities. First impressions, full marks! The room itself was lovely, with a thoughtful tent setup. The mat inside the tent was very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were great. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the complimentary mini-snacks and drinks were plentiful. All the toiletries, including those for children, were excellent. Now, for the service. On our first night, there was some noise around midnight. Staff were sent to investigate immediately. It seemed to be external noise, possibly from road construction, but the hotel's proactive response was truly commendable. They arranged a room change for us the next day. Although it did slightly disrupt our plans, their willingness to resolve the issue was top-notch, and we'll definitely stay here again. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice for its environment, facilities, and service. Any request made to the front desk is promptly handled by staff. One minor point is the location. If you visit during a period with a lot of rain, it's not as convenient as the Venetian or Londoner areas since it's not interconnected. On rainy days, you're limited to indoor hotel facilities like the pool, as outdoor ones are closed. There are also fewer shops downstairs, making it hard to pass the time. We happened to be there during a typhoon, which made spending a few days in the hotel a bit dull. However, on good weather days, it's very convenient to walk to places or take a taxi. Be sure to allow extra time for the hotel's shuttle to the airport, as it makes several stops and isn't direct. Having a Don Quijote on the first floor is super convenient for grabbing snacks and other small items."

A mere 5 minutes' drive from the Macau Ferry Terminal, the Hotel Golden Dragon enjoys close proximity to a variety of local points of interest such as 'Fisherman's Wharf, local shopping and entertainment centers, the Chinese border and the airport. The hotel is set in a popular business district serviced by colorful food courts. Guests have the opportunity to experience the charm and hospitality of the hotel's 24-hour luxury room service and entertainment services. Most rooms here offer panoramic vistas of Fisherman's Wharf and of the Friendship Bridge, which frames the islands of Taipa as well as the Macau peninsula.

"This hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected! For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius. The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need. The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it. The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a ****** - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected! Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau. Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅"

Guest can also take light rail and get off at the Jockey Club Station then leave from Exit B (YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel), it takes about five minutes to reach YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

"Came to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.** **Environment & Amenities** ✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new. ✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable. ✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable. ⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.** **Design & Service** ✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high. ⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary. ⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient. **Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable."

"Right next to the old town, it's less than a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The old town is literally just a stone's throw away, with plenty of dining options. The staff are all very professional. The young man who helps guests hail taxis at the entrance, despite not speaking much Chinese, was excellent. It was hard to get a cab during the holidays, so he'd be genuinely happy whenever he managed to flag one down. He'd even proactively ask taxi drivers dropping off guests if they could take new passengers, which was incredibly thoughtful!"

"Excellent hotel, directly connected to Galaxy Macau, so no need to walk outside in the sun. 😀 The room was quite spacious and clean, with a view of the University of Macau across the way. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can just cut through from the Galaxy's Lukfook Jewellery. For The Venetian Macao, simply cross the road from the Crystal Lobby. To get from Rua do Cunha to The Venetian, just go up directly opposite Mok Yi Kei, there are parallel escalators so you don't have to walk as much. 😀 Everything at Galaxy is delicious and convenient, with options for all budgets. I even bought a Pop Mart limited edition fridge magnet that's not available on the mainland. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Broadway again, it's so convenient!"
