"We stayed in the Starlight Pavilion, which had one double bed and two single beds – plenty of space for four people. The bay window offered a great view directly facing the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The bathroom on the first floor only had a bathtub, so we had to go upstairs to the second floor to shower. The stairs from the first to the second floor were very steep, and the slippers were quite slippery, making it easy to fall. It's something to be careful about if you're traveling with children or the elderly. We accidentally broke a glass cup in the bathroom and were charged 50 MOP from our deposit. The weirdest thing was that the TV on the second floor kept turning itself on in the middle of the night. At first, I thought someone accidentally hit the power button, but after it happened three times in a row, I realized it wasn't. I had to unplug the TV to stop it from turning on. I found this quite **frustrating**. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they just said they'd pass on the feedback and nothing ever came of it."

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

"Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, and decided to revisit. I'm impressed by how well the rooms have been renovated and maintained; it's still a great choice. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Rua da Cunha. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot on the first floor, and the third floor has a good selection of brands, including Pop Mart, which even carries items that are sold out in mainland China."

"The views were truly amazing! I was pleasantly surprised. This time I stayed in a Sky Sea View King Room on the European Lakeside, and the 270-degree sea view was absolutely breathtaking! You could see the Macau Tower the moment you opened your eyes. The location is also very convenient, right next to the Grand Lisboa, and within walking distance of the Ruins of St. Paul's. The hotel's breakfast also tasted pretty good."

Environment: It's convenient for getting around; you can take a **car to Sands and walk to the hotel, and there's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Service: The service was excellent, and everyone was very enthusiastic. I accidentally left two pieces of clothing when checking out, and they promptly reminded me when I picked up my stored luggage. Very good! 👍"

"The lady who handled our check-in was incredibly meticulous and patient, and the bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable – those were the two best things. I was traveling with my mother, and they happily switched us from a king room to a twin room, which we appreciated. The area around the hotel is very picturesque for photos. For shopping, it's not as extensive as the Londoner. We went primarily for the Eiffel Tower and booked a lunch set menu at La Chine. After our meal, we were able to use our receipt to get free access to the top observation deck of the Eiffel Tower, which was a lovely bonus and fulfilled a little wish of ours!"

The club's space-themed interior, state-of-the-art sound system, and dynamic lighting pull you in for a fully immersive experience.

"This time, I brought my child to Macau, mainly to enjoy the water activities. After comparing several water parks, I finally chose Studio City Water Park. Here's my overall experience: 4⭐: Quite satisfied. 1⭐: Deducted for the buffet breakfast and the strange noise in the room at night. Room Type: Celebrity Tower Classic King Room. It was clean and hygienic, but at night, I kept hearing a sound similar to 'cracking glass' while trying to sleep. I'm not sure what caused it. Breakfast: Average. For someone like me who usually prefers stronger flavors, it was a bit too salty overall. The high chair for my baby was also dirty, with dried noodles left by the previous user still on it. Pools: The outdoor pool is free, but the indoor one requires a fee (you can ask the hotel staff for details). Water Park: Divided into outdoor and indoor sections. The outdoor area offers a lazy river and occasional foam, which my child loved and had a great time with. There aren't many attractions for very young children in the indoor section. Ferris Wheel: Since my hotel booking included tickets for the Ferris wheel, I took my child to experience it. There were very few people, so no waiting in line. The ride lasted 15 minutes. The ticket prices for the 'themed' cabins and standard cabins are different. Personally, I think the standard cabin is sufficient, as the main point is to enjoy the view (if money is no object, feel free to choose the themed one). Other: The hotel also has occasional performances and a wide variety of dining options. If you have time, it's worth exploring! 😊"

"This hotel is huge! They offer shuttle services to major attractions and the airport, which makes getting around super convenient. We arrived a bit past 1 PM, and the front desk was able to get us into a room early. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the garden was absolutely delightful. The breakfast here is also excellent – I've had many hotel breakfasts, and this one really stands out (though I haven't tried any super high-end places). There's even a mall within the hotel with plenty of dining and shopping options, although it's so big my feet hurt from all the walking! It's also very close to the airport. I'd definitely come back if I get the chance."

"Highly recommend for families with young children!!! We were a family of three with a child under two years old. When I booked, I didn't specify that I needed a bed rail. However, during check-in, the front desk staff noticed my child and proactively offered a bed rail. After they arranged for an attendant, she not only brought the bed rail but also moved and combined the beds for us – truly fantastic! I will definitely stay here again!! There was some construction outside, so I asked the front desk to arrange a higher floor, and the noise wasn't noticeable at all. The view from the window was also pleasant during our downtime. There are plenty of dining options nearby. If you're looking for convenience and a relaxed stay, this place is perfect. However, if it's your first time in Macau and your main goal is shopping and visiting landmark attractions, it might be more suitable to stay near the Ruins of St. Paul's."

"After booking, I tried to contact the hotel multiple times without success; no one responded to my requests. Finally, Ctrip helped me communicate with the hotel the day before our trip. Initially, I was concerned about renovation smells in the Bond Tower and asked to be moved to the Banyan Tower. Ctrip informed me that as of April 2026, only the Bond Tower was open, which I accepted. Then, I requested to switch our king room to a twin room, and the hotel said it would cost an additional 90+ RMB, which I also agreed to. Many online reviews mention free room upgrades, but honestly, don't expect any of that anymore. I had also mentioned it was our 10th wedding anniversary, and while they didn't upgrade our room, they did give us a small cake. However, it was clearly an oversight as it said 'Happy Birthday' – very perfunctory. Furthermore, during check-in, halfway through the process, a South Asian supervisor-like staff member suddenly came over and, with a disdainful look, told us we needed to pay extra. I was thinking, hadn't Ctrip already clarified this, and hadn't we agreed to pay? Why did she act as if we were unwilling to pay and deserved her contempt? This was the first time I'd ever had such an uncomfortable check-in experience in Macau. The hotel's facilities and design are undeniably exquisite and beautiful. Although the room was small, the Bond Tower didn't have the strong renovation smell that some online reviews mentioned, which was a relief. The hotel also provided Eiffel Tower tickets, which was a pleasant surprise. After returning to the room in the evening, I noticed there was no turndown service provided, nor was the room tidied up a second time. The service was a bit lacking. Also, there were no size options for children's bathrobes; my 130cm, 80-catty (approx. 40kg) son couldn't wear theirs. The service staff and front desk employees had poor English proficiency. The only thing that truly impressed me was the heated swimming pool. Located on the 3rd floor, it offered great views, with comfortable loungers, lemon water, and towels readily available by the pool. The water temperature was a very comfortable 36 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for swimming even in winter, which was excellent. Overall, you can stay at this hotel, but don't have high expectations for the service."
