"The location was decent, conveniently situated between two train stations and right next to Chinatown, offering plenty of dining options. The room was spacious, and the top bunk bed was quite high, which provided good privacy. The shower water temperature was satisfactory, but the water pressure was very weak. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. This meant if someone else in the room was using the shower, you couldn't shower, as there were no other communal shower rooms in the hostel. On the plus side, there were enough washing machines, and the dryer worked perfectly, getting all clothes completely dry in a single cycle."

"Nice hotel, rooms were true to the pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. 20min walk to the cbd but plenty of food options and a few shops within 5 mins. One minor thing but it can’t exactly be changed is that the toilet was too close to the wall. Could have placed them more into the room or even rotated it and had it central looking into the bathroom and it would have given the space needed when sitting."

"The room was spacious and the facilities were very new. The service was top-notch. The location is also excellent, close to the lake. Bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away, and you can take free public transportation, which makes getting around incredibly convenient."

"Very nice and clean. Some maintenance but not noisy at night. No pool but nearby there is a very beautiful pool for $8.30 AUD. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet was awesome. Fruits, yogurt, bacon, eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bread and they even have gluten free options!"

"Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone. Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in! Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar. Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!"

"Every time I visit Perth for a business trip, I choose to stay here. The hotel facilities and services are of high quality, the environment is very clean, and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly. From the window, you can admire the Swan River, and it's easy to go downstairs for a walk along its banks. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there's a great bar at the pier downstairs. It's also super convenient for a city walk. The bar on the 18th floor has an amazing design; you can enjoy it indoors on rainy days and outdoors on sunny days, sipping drinks while taking in panoramic views of the Swan River from above – it's truly wonderful. Plus, the value for money at this hotel is absolutely unbeatable!"

"Good location, space in room is ok and a plus is the free parking . However the window could not close and the road noise was quite loud which affected our sleep."

"This hotel has been designed for conservstive business and family travellers. The pool, spa, jacuzzi is a once in a life time experience. The steam room is exciting. The hotel bar and restaurant is meant for those with blue bood connections ! Ensure you eat before the Michelin style restaurant ceases business at approx 9pm. The hotel bar is meant for those with an interest in business and politics and would not be a venue that would be welcoming for those without connections to business and or politics. The hotel gym will certainly bring you down to earth and keep you grounded on the lower level of the establishment. The rooms with the view of the Swan River is stunning, comforting and the most luxurious of all desk workstation, phone call and the television has a wide range of channels. A must stay before a saavy developer smashes the hotel to pieces and rebuild something there as it is real estate heaven - situated between the vied addresses of Terrace Road and Adelaide Terrace in East Perth ! A must stay for every traveller who wants to do serious corporate work, mingle or simply attempt to aggrandise with the crowd. A word of warning, strict dress code and a very sophisticated crowd ! Enjoy !"

"The second time I stayed at this hotel, the room was large and the bed was quite comfortable, but the only fly in the ointment was that the room I lived in was on the 2nd floor, but the elevator was broken. I could take the stairs and carry my luggage. It was not very convenient."
