"The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well.
Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night.
But overall still a great place to stay at."
"Their staff is very nice and friendly. She even suggest me few places to go in Margaret River. The hotel is walking distance to Langley Park and 30-40 min walking to the city centre. However, you need to walk a bit far to the bus stop if you want to hop on free bus. You can store your luggage for free while waiting for check in. There is a few good coffee shop nearby for your morning coffee shot. Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable to stay except for their toilet floor which is quite slippery."
"Very pleasant stay. Safe, clean, comfortable, great service, great location. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They provide everything you need in the hotel, from toiletries, robe, slippers."

"Novotel Perth Murray Street is perfectly located in the heart of Perth's CBD, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city. Its central location means you're just steps away from shopping precincts, popular restaurants, cultural attractions, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Easy to walk to barrack street, elizabeth quay too."
"I like a design hotel very much. The location is very good. It's just in North Bridge, and the bar street is just outside. The nightlife on weekends is full of people and lively. The lobby is very artistic. There is a bar in the corner on the first floor, and a breakfast place on the second floor. Of course, you can make a coffee or tea here at any time. There is a terrace on the top floor, to see the scenery, it is also good to have a private party and drink. The fly in the ointment is that the room I was given for the first time was facing the elevator. I felt that the noise would affect my sleep, so I changed to another room. As a result, this room was also a bit dark, because there was no window in the corner. There are also no chairs in the room to put things or a place to sit. Well, if you want to sit, you can go downstairs."
"Although the room is not big, it is clean and there are two Japanese ladies at the front desk. If you choose to include breakfast from Monday to Friday, you can order a meal if there is no buffet. The location is near King Park, self-driving is recommended, parking is free, and the swimming pool is not heated."
"We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel."
"Great location in the heart of Chinatown and ample parking. Traffic is good as compared to Perth CBD area which is like 1km away."

SSaeed CThe family and I really enjoyed our 2 night holiday. 5 star luxury in every way. Most comfortable bed and pillows.
Only negative was when it came to securing a recliner around the pool. As they say the early bird catches the worm, well in this case early guest catches a recliner. Otherwise you are delegated to laying on the ground for the day.
Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

AAnonymous UserLocation: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station.
General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish.
Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees.
Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books.
Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money.
Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, featuring an avartgarde bar with regular performers, urging crowds to participate in. Hotel guests can also sit quietly for a meal behind the bar in the classy diner snd read, relax and recharge. Must try the highly sophisticater 2 Fat Indian 5 star resturant at the hotel, located on the 2nd floor. Alternatively, for more privacy and authenticity the hotel concerige can hail a car/cab to chauffeur to the other 2 fat indian restuarnt situated at nearby Mt Lawley, another sophisticste, urban regentrified yuppie yet child friendly establishment.

TTanyaI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

JJam Jam JerLocation is not bad but there is no temporarily car stopping space at the hotel. So either you park the car far far away or violate the traffic signs posted.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

QQxzXoxoRooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future!
However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet.
Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!

BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.
