Very spacious rooms, almost too spacious given the design features, unless one plans to entertain, and limitations in practical design—the one small table in my room was nearly three meters from a power outlet, making it a burden to keep a computer charged. I had an oddly unhelpful exchange with the concierge before arrival (as if I didn’t know how to use Google) and little subsequent support. On the pro side, the room was spotless and truly refreshed twice a day, and the breakfast was quite generous, the quality excellent. Indeed the restaurants were the real highlight—the beetroot risotto was wonderfully rich and flavorful, sweetness tempered by a generous addition of parmigiana. Yet overall, I think if I return to Perth I will try the Ritz Carleton."

"Since I had an early flight, I booked this hotel for my last night in Perth as a transitional stay. Getting here from my city hotel on the 940 bus was very convenient. When checking in, the staff carefully asked about my flight time and recommended the best complimentary airport shuttle for my schedule; the shuttle runs every 45 minutes. Overall, it's much better than the transit hotel I stayed at near Sydney Airport. There are fast-food restaurants like KFC and convenience stores nearby."

"We arrived at the hotel around 9am and had wanted to deposit our luggage but was told that our room  was ready and we could check in! Thanks Marcia and Marjaa-lis! The room was clean, shower pressure was good, fridge was cold  , beds were comfy and you had everything you need for a good stay. The towels could be softer though, but overall I am happy. Breakfast was nice with a good spread and coffee  and tea were were fantastic. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks Binisha and Laura for the warmth and welcoming smiles. See ya soon!"

They gave us free welcome drink for each person which u can redeem at their bar. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provided free mineral water. However, since below is the bar so my friend find it a little bit noisy. But it was OK for me."

"Place is old, and somewhat outdated, and u do hear the traffic from the freeway. But, for the cost for the night, which was $120, overall, it was good value for money. When I first arrived, as it was after hours, I dealt with the caretaker, who was friendly, and also helped me get into my room, cos I was having trouble with the door lock, which was my fault! I didn't use the kitchen facilities, except the fridge, but kitchen was equipped with enough items to be able to cook a meal easily. Bathroom was good, with shower over bath, (and big size bath too), so with not having a bath at home, I soaked for ages! I was informed before arrival, that only mini soap and toilet paper was provided, so I knew to bring body wash, hair conditioner, and other toiletries. Bed was comfy, and bedroom is quite large. TV maybe a little small, but the room had a couple of cupboards, and some hangers for clothes. Place was fairly clean, keeping in mind that it is an older property. Check out was easy, and I was met by a friendly receptionist behind the desk. I would definately stay again, if the price was as good, I'd just bring some earplugs for sleep, cos of traffic noise, which is no fault of the apartments of course!"

"They have many rooms, and many of the guests stay a long term there. Though the guest are a lot, the bathroom was never fully packed. Should bring our own sandals but I can use towels with a $10 deposit and hair dryer using my passport as a collateral. The room tends to be hot so when it was 40degree outside at noon, it was warm until midnight."
