The hotel has a great location, tucked away in an alley. It's just a short walk from the beach, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The owner is also very welcoming. It's not far from the Red Sand Dunes and Fairy Stream, both within walking distance.

Quiet villa, chill. Great swimming ppol. Quiet, amazing and spectacular beach. The tap water is not clean, you can smell the rust and the water is yellow. The food is not protected from the flies, we saw a lot of flies in the restaurant and sharing the food with the customers which is bad.

They initially put me in a room without a window, but after I requested it, they provided a room with a window. HOWEVER! Be aware, the hotel is located on an unpaved road, so there's constant awful dust and noise. On top of that, construction started directly opposite, with a concrete mixer running all the time, and then an excavator began digging a trench. It became unbearable to stay in the guesthouse. The photos are misleading; in reality, the upper terraces are abandoned, and most rooms with windows face the staircase, meaning there's no view at all. The staff is excellent, and the breakfast of coffee and fruit is wonderful. This guesthouse has huge potential. Perhaps someday the road will be paved, and the owner will get everything in order, and it will be a good hotel. I wish them success!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Yes, it's located on a hill, but there's an escalator and a golf cart that will take you around. There are plenty of them. The beach is clean nearby. The water is good. There's a lifeguard, showers, and sun loungers on the beach. There's also a special person on the road to the beach who makes sure you cross the road safely. The hotel itself is amazing. There's a jacuzzi, an infinity pool, hot springs, mud baths, and slides for both children and adults. Don't forget to visit the infinity pool on the 25th floor; I don't think there's even a photo of it in the description. There are three supermarkets on the hotel grounds with reasonable prices and many cafes: a set menu of a large plate of rice and fried ribs + a small bowl of soup costs 80,000 dong. It's absolutely delicious. In the evening, there's a disco + fireworks + drone show. We're happy. Oh, and we even had our own personal guide who handled all our questions via WhatsApp.

The counter and reception staff are very warm and kind, problems will be solved in time, the environment is quiet, the care is very pleasant, breakfast is average, the room kettle has spider silk, the sheets are a little stained, the pool does not have an exclusive toilet and bath towel, and the beach is perfect.

This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.
