Ohh i really love everything about this hotel!!! Its very instagrammable and tiktok worthy! My boyfriend really likes it tooo !!! He keeps on complimenting me for choosing the hotel and the room! The location is 10/10. Its walkable to almost every hotspots!! Very easy to get uber/didi too! We was there for 4nights then went to fremantle after that we supposed to checked in to other hotel, but we cancelled it and went to HYDE again instead! Love love love 💕🎀

We will definitely come back. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The King room is so spacious and beautifully designed. Probably the best hotel we have been to with this price range. Only downside is if you choose to arrange own parking the nearest CCP is not great & a bit of a walk.

It was a very impulsive decision to stay in Perth and book a hotel room. We were in the Elizabeth Quay area and wanted to stay in a nice hotel. I'm Glad I decided to stay at the double tree. We were looked after exceptionally well by Leon at the reception. The room was very nice and the view was amazing. For the price, it will definitely be my ”go to” when staying in the city

The biggest plus was the airport shuttle service. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was included, which was simple but good value. The front desk offers 24-hour service. When I booked, it said Chinese-speaking staff were available, but I didn't see anyone of Chinese descent during my two check-ins and check-outs, so it seems I didn't get to experience the Chinese service. It might be best to contact the hotel in advance if you require Chinese-speaking assistance.

We were most disappointed that we could not fulfil our booking with Vibe due to the Middle East conflict and also due to our Travel Company cancelling our trip through no choice of our own. The decision was taken out of our hands by the World Travel Safety Restrictions. We tried on many occasions to explain this to Vibe but they showed no concern what so ever in our predicament to refund our booking costs. We did ask for a credit as we fully intend to do this trip when travel restrictions are lifted , again refused!  We understand that the booking was made with no refund option but  we had no intention of cancelling our booking and we’re only informed by our Tour Company 3 days before travel. it had been at all possible to fulfil our booking we would have certainly have done so as we were so looking forward to visiting family. As I have said, the cancelling was not of our decision but due to our flights etc being cancelled by the tour company as being UNSAFE TO TRAVEL.  All our other hotels etc rn route showed total understanding in our predicament which was caused through no fault of our own and we were fully refunded by them. Very poor treatment from Vibe showing no concern for the safety of travellers finding themselves in such a situation through no fault of their own.

I got a free upgrade to an Executive Floor room. The hotel environment is excellent, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the lounge breakfast is high quality with great service. The gym has a good variety of equipment. It was a really pleasant experience overall.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are very well-maintained, some even looking brand new. I read online that parking was $65, but that's actually just for the area in front of the hotel lobby. I asked a bellboy and found out there's a free parking lot not far behind the hotel, which was great! They also have a heated pool, but I was too tired to try it on my first day. The bed was incredibly comfortable! 😊

The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond to all my questions and requests. The accommodation itself was very cozy and comfortable. Having Cole Mart, cafes, and restaurants all nearby was super convenient. But the biggest highlight was being able to walk to the beach in under 3 minutes from the accommodation. It was perfect for staying with my 4-year-old child.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Fremantle. I advised the office when I booked it was mine and my partners anniversary. We arrived to a lovely bottle of Prosecco and a beautiful handwritten card! The only complaint I have is the abysmal breakfast. $72 for 2 people. Hot food was luke warm at best, the scrambled eggs were sloppy. Tried to eat but ended up not being able to stomach it. Really disappointing end to a wonderful stay.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.
