Facilities: It seems to have been renovated, and the design is comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean; I didn't expect the turndown service to clean it again. Environment: Located in the city center, quite convenient. Service: The service was surprisingly poor. There was an event downstairs at night, with music and sound systems playing until 10:30 PM. I thought they should quiet down, but the hotel said they would end around midnight. They said it was too noisy to sleep, and offered me either stay until the event ended or change rooms. It was late at night, and I needed to sleep, yet they wanted to change rooms... I never expected such a hotel to be so inconsiderate of its guests' experience. Also, when I went to the rooftop bar, I repeatedly told the front desk that I was a guest and asked if they could check the environment before deciding whether I wanted a drink, but they wouldn't let me in!

The location is fantastic, and the entire hotel is housed in historic buildings, exuding a retro charm—I absolutely loved it! It's a shame I only stayed one night! The service and reception were incredibly attentive!
