September 2026: When I booked this hotel, I knew that the pool will be closed for renovations till end August 2026. However, 3 days before checking in, I received an email to inform me of this forthcoming booking. Buried deep within this email is a note that the pool will remain closed until end of September. This is really unfair to customers. I have booked this hotel early to get the best price and 3 days prior to my check in, Trip expects me to find another hotel with equivalent value! Anyway, I don't like this 5 star hotel. The location is not near to the centre of the CBD. The decor is also less practical. There were so many light switches without labels making it hard to discern what switch activates which lights. There was also inadequate storage area. Two drawers were provided but filled with hotel contents. I wished that the bedside tables have drawers. There was also no desk table to do some work. There is wasted space due to the big couch in front of the curtains. There was no setback between the couch and the curtains to draw the curtains closed or open.

Clean, good location and the car park is close to hotel with very reasonable price, visitor actually can park on the street meter parking either, which is cheaper and more flexible.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed. We can refill water at the lobby, big lobby with nice scent too. U cam walk to the back, there is a mini playground for kids.

Got a deluxe room on the 18th floor this time. Some rooms have larger toilets that others. It’s your luck.
