GGuest UserHad a wonderful stay at this property. The location is in the city center, convinient for travel, surrounded by pedestrian street and the city hall. The decor was amazed, the fasiliticies were execellent. Room comfortable, food and drink for breakfast many varieties with so beautiful restoran decor. It is a good choice for Perth travel. But, we must call housekeeping just to ask for water and handuk, everyday for 4 days during we stay!!!... I dont know why, because i set stay for 4 adult when booked. Yess, sure, we will back and stay here again when we travel to Perth.

GGuest UserRecently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the casino, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the casino was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

GGuest UserVery excited about this speciality stay as it was stated the old prison facilities and had to try this experience. Was hesitant to share room with others so we took the entire unit by ourselves. The facade and surrounding like common area is nice and feels warmth. The single unit is using the cell units while the unit that we took is a newly erected wing so it's not the prison wing thus don't feel like prison but otherwise the outside and everything gives the prison vibes. Definitely recommended and must give this place a try at least once!

The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. GGuest UserTook my 8yo and 16 month for a 2 night stay. They loved it. Very quiet hotel not too far to walk into the city and close to public transport. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. My daughter didn't want to leave. Was nice to have a bath and shower in the executive suite as well. Decor is dated but didn't affect our experience and stay.
