"The hotel itself is very good and highly recommended if you’re looking for accommodation extremely close to Napoli Centrale. It’s a small boutique hotel with a modern, well-designed room layout. However, expectations should be managed regarding the surrounding area. The neighbourhood does not feel particularly safe, and unfortunately we had a negative experience upon arrival when our food was snatched while we were eating at a nearby café."

"We stayed here for one night before our cruise, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of the port, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s main attractions. For travelers who want to explore the historic center or need easy access to the cruise terminal, the location is excellent. The room itself was very spacious and had a charming, classic Italian style with beautiful high ceilings and large windows. It felt authentic and had a unique atmosphere that made our short stay enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides. Cleanliness was average, as some areas of the room could have been maintained better. The service was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good option for a short stay in Naples thanks to its excellent location and spacious, character-filled rooms. However, improvements in cleanliness and especially the air conditioning would make the experience much better. Rating: 4/5 for location and atmosphere, 3/5 overall comfort."
