"The location is great. We arrived during midnight and before that the hotel has alrd sent email about the password and instructions about how to check in. They gave us free welcome drink for each person which u can redeem at their bar. The room is clean and comfortable. They also provided free mineral water. However, since below is the bar so my friend find it a little bit noisy. But it was OK for me."

"Facilities: Decent, but they provide disposable toothbrushes without toothpaste. Cleanliness: Could be better; there were grease stains on the curtains. Environment: Very close to the river, and the indoor environment is also good. Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude. However, it's been three days and my deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I'm also unsure how much they've deducted. It's unsettling."

"The room was clean, and the family room we booked was quite spacious, with a fridge and microwave, which made it super convenient to heat up takeout. The area around the hotel is packed with all sorts of specialty restaurants, mostly Asian ones. You'll find Vietnamese, Indian, Malaysian, Japanese, Korean, and even Chinese restaurants – basically everything! Right next door to the hotel, there's also a massive Asian supermarket, run by a ********* owner, and it's incredibly well-stocked. Grabbing some instant meals from there can definitely save you money on dining out. The sky in South Australia is always so clear and blue, but the UV is really strong. Luckily, the room had those solid blackout curtains that created a perfect environment for a good night's sleep. Staying at this hotel was just incredibly convenient for eating and shopping."

"We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and quick. Front office staff were very helpful. Undercover parking was easy to navigate. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom looked newly renovated. One thing that confused us was the light switch for the living room and bathroom was by the entry door. So you had to walk to the front door to turn the light on and off then walk into the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Plus there was no exractor fan for the shower so it got very steamy in there. Mirror and shower screen all fogged up. Poor design. We had a great view of the ocean. The pool area and front entry are being renovated but that didn't not inconvenience us. When the pool is completed the view from the window will be beautiful"

"Hi I was well impressed with the room i had 316 👌💯❤️ The room was spacious, smart tv which was appreciated! The bathroom was great , the shower was amazing, everything was provided and wasnt a thing left out, as all was there in the room ready to go and use. I went down and asked for another blanket and reception was great about, as i was very grateful for! 🙏 Location was brillant! The history of the building itself, i was very lucky and felt privilledged being able to stay in a heritage listed building with so much history behind it and well if the walls could talk , and just the architure for its time and well absolutely stunning 👌💯❤️😊 I had very good night sleep, and was very pleased with my stay and was very happy. And appreciated that it was at a price a night that do able , and tbat didbt hurt the wallet too much. "This hotel is located near the Elizabeth Quay within walking distance and the walk along the lake is amazing. The view of the hotel room is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. Yes. You can see both! Service from the team is excellent and I cannot ask for more. The gym is equipped with good equipment and the conveniences of IGA supermarket being part of the complex helped us to get anything we missed. Highly recommended."

"I stayed for 6 days, and it was my first time staying in an overseas hostel! Regarding amenities, nothing is provided, so you need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are only showers. The cleanliness depends on the room you're in. My room was a bit messy because I was sharing it with someone who had been staying there for a long time. The hallway had boots and shoes from guests, but it wasn't inconvenient to walk through. The communal kitchen and lobby were great for relaxing, which I really appreciated. There's also an exclusive guest area on the first floor where you can play games or eat. Since I was traveling solo this time, I didn't usually use it, but I found out about it when I had dinner with my roommate once. The reception staff were polite, energetic, and made for a pleasant experience. It was also possible to store luggage after check-out; it was set up so you could put your bags in a luggage room yourself."

"I needed to extend my stay, but since my original room was fully booked, I was required to move to a different room. I was told that my luggage would be transferred to the new room, so I packed my belongings and went out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I checked in again and went to the new room, only to find that my luggage had not been moved. I had to go back to the front desk, where I was told that my luggage had been kept there. I find it quite questionable why the luggage was not transferred as promised, and why I was not informed of this at the time of check-in. Additionally, I noticed an unexpected charge of about $200 on top of the deposit. When I asked at the front desk, I was told it was a deposit. However, after explaining that I had already paid a deposit, they checked with another staff member and admitted it had been charged in error. The amount was refunded immediately, but if I had not noticed and raised the issue, I could have been wrongly charged."

"Location is great. Near Perth station. Restraurants around the hotel. Tv in twin room is not in the centre and infront of one of the beds only. There is no Chromecast but screen sharing is an option. Breakfast was basic English breakfast options. Taste is okay. Not bad but not good, would not recommend breakfast. We can view the sunset from our room which was nice"

"I love my stay every time I come to Perth I stay at the Quest in East Perth. The staff are so friendly, helpful, happy, accommodating, nothing is ever too much bother and all with a smile. The rooms are so clean from the doors to the walls even the bathroom floors. The linen is white & the kitchens have all you would need and if you get a balcony room it's always a good view or an interesting one at least haha. As soon as you walk in its like they know your name you automatically feel welcome and everything is ready for you. From the entrance at reception to the door of your room smells fresh ”NO Musty smells there!”. Paid private parking or only key accessible locked gates secure parking if you choose at a reasonable price for peace of mind these days. Accessibility is everywhere throughout the Quest. There's a 24 hour mini mart across the road. Transport at the front door all hours, didi at your fingertips. Blink & your in the Perth City centre its a short walk or a free bus ride. Heating & Aircon all at your door of every room so you cant loose the remotes...lol TV in nearly every room with free WIFI. Couches are comfy & all rooms are spacious. Outdoor balcony has comfy & spacious seating. Rooms cleaned daily. Lots of nice street dining only 1 block away & restaurants on nearly every corner or a bar if your thirsty & BWS right on the corner. 2 blocks walk away from the park & 3 blocks walk away from the waters edge. It's got it all in a heritage style looking entrance with convenience at your fingertips all you need do is ask!... you will not be dissapointed! JUST REMEMBER THAT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE HUMAN.😊 Thankyou Team Quest you are the best! 👌"
