"Accomodation in Pan Pacific is wonderful. The hotel locates in central Perth, which is in the vicinity of CBD. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room itself is a little bit small but facilities are good. Beds are comfortable and the environment is peaceful. Will definitely choose to stay at Pan Pacific again."

"I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but I found this place to be a real gem. It's a bit far from the city center, but if you have a car, it's absolutely no problem. Parking is A$25 per night in the standard underground car park. You definitely need a car when visiting Western Australia. The hotel infrastructure is excellent; this setup would easily qualify as a five-star hotel back home. During the Southern Hemisphere summer, the indoor pool was closed, but the outdoor pool is accessible directly with your room key. You can ask the staff for directions. The beach is right downstairs, and you can spend a whole day there, just like the locals do. The ocean-view room was stunning; waking up to the sea view was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean upon check-in. However, the hotel is quite large, and the housekeeping on the second day was a bit slow; our room hadn't been cleaned by 4 PM when we returned, so we just grabbed fresh towels and skipped the cleaning. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. This area is a lively hub. Every summer, Western Australia hosts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night markets, and Scarborough is where the Thursday night market takes place. The area around the hotel becomes incredibly vibrant, feeling like all of Perth has descended upon it. Downstairs, there are various restaurants, including a Thursday Special Steak deal, offering a 30% discount. A 300g steak for A$30-40 is an amazing and delightful deal. There's a Coles supermarket within a 5-minute walk, where everything is cheaper – anyone who's traveled to Australia will understand. Everything was so relaxing; I hope to come back soon."

"Although not many drivers like to drop off at the lobby because they need to reverse out the long driveway, there are plenty of luggage carts which definitely help to bring all luggage. The room is very good size, and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent."

"Highly recommend. 1. **Excellent Location:** Situated in the CBD, right next to the Westin Hotel, making it incredibly convenient to get around. There's a Red Cat Bus stop nearby, and the pedestrian street is also within easy walking distance, as are many other attractions. 2. **Parking:** I didn't drive, but there's a large parking lot next to the hotel, which would be very convenient for those who do. 3. **Spacious Rooms:** I stayed near the pedestrian street for the first two nights, and that hotel was small and expensive. In comparison, for the same price, the rooms here are much larger, and the service is good. The convenience is about the same, so I'd recommend this hotel more. 4. **Minor Issues:** The toilet flush sound insulation could be better; the flushing from the next room early in the morning did disturb my sleep. However, overall, it's not a major issue. Guests generally seem quiet, and I didn't encounter any noisy neighbors in the middle of the night. 5. **Amenities:** There's a refrigerator, which is very convenient for storing milk, fruit, and yogurt for breakfast and dinner. 6. **Tour Pick-up:** When staying here, most day tours offer doorstep pick-up, which saved a lot of hassle compared to taking a taxi to a meeting point. Recommended."

"Really enjoyed the hotel, we booked here as we had stayed at the vibe hotel in Adelaide . All very good except , breakfast in Perth advertises fruit juice it’s not it’s a surgery drink, yuk !! We were. Checked by a lovely lady, all good until I turned the lights on in the bathroom, lights were flashing, like strobe lights. Maintenance man came and said need an electrician which could be a few days., the lady who checked us in said we could change rooms , we decided to do so but went out for a walk first. On our return she was off duty and a male who was on was very rude he kept Insisting we didn’t need to change rooms the flashing light could be switched off as on a separate switch. I suggested the flashing lights could cause an epileptic fit. He kept insisting all the rooms had the same fault and he would take us to the room to show us how to get round the problem. I insisted on changing rooms because I could turn the wrong g light on in the dark. He then found a room but said he would go and check the room to see if that had flashing lights. We changed rooms but it was unpleasant and uncalled for , not good customer service!!! And spoiled our stay , after that if he was on reception we avoided him.all other staff were fabulous."

"The bungalow-style hotel offers free parking in front of the room, suitable for self-driving tours, and it takes 2 to 3 minutes to drive to the seaside square, where there are many restaurants to choose from. The rooms are spacious and clean, and you can walk directly to Sorrento Beach from the hotel with a sunset view. The front desk staff was kind. Although the front desk would be closed after the work time, there were still staff on duty at night to provide services."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Perth, right by the river, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops, a shopping mall, and upscale apartments, making for a beautiful environment. It's also not far from Chinatown, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and our room offered lovely views of the river and the surrounding area. Both the bedding and the toiletries, including bath towels, were excellent and generously replenished each day. We especially appreciated the unlimited bottled water, which was a huge plus for us as we drink a lot of water. The bathroom even had a spacious clothes rack, perfect for hanging several items. The service was good, and the room was always kept very clean. The only issue was that the shower area didn't have a door, so water tended to splash out easily."

"Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice"
