DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

ZZhangjijimThis was my second stay at this Renaissance. The first time, the villa area was under renovation, and this time, the pool was being renovated, so we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. We only got to experience the hotel's new pool on our last day. However, they did give us a few drink vouchers as compensation.
Since I returned for a second visit, it's clear I was very satisfied with everything, from the service to the facilities. The Thai restaurant, in particular, was excellent – so good that we went every day and got to know the staff.
Another plus is its proximity to the airport. Also, every time I've been, it feels uncrowded, which really adds to the resort vibe.
The downside is its somewhat remote location, making it inconvenient to go anywhere else; it's really only suitable for those who prefer to stay put at the hotel. Additionally, the beach quality is just average – fine for looking at, but that's about it.
Overall, though, it's still a recommended hotel; it's small but beautiful.

GGuest UserI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Graceland Phuket and would happily return. The resort is beautifully maintained, with large pools, direct beach access, and a relaxed atmosphere that still feels close to the action in Patong.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay,from check-in to any requests we had.

BBozhi5XThis hotel is excellent; every time I visit Phuket, I stay here. It's a Banyan Tree branded apartment-hotel, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. You can dine at the hotel or cook your own meals in the room, which is very convenient! This was my first time back since the pandemic, and I feel like the Laguna complex (where the hotel is located) and the town outside have improved significantly. There are many more restaurants, bars, and cafes, and a large new shopping mall has been built. The area is filled with European and American guests, offering global cuisine plus a vibrant Thai nightlife – truly an ideal holiday destination! Coming in December, the weather is particularly comfortable, not hot in the mornings or evenings; it's probably the best season in Thailand. Laguna, the largest resort in Asia, features 12 Banyan Tree branded hotels, all connected by a lagoon. Ferry boats can transport guests from one hotel to another's private beach, as well as to other hotels, allowing them to enjoy the beautiful views of the Andaman Sea, and access various hotel restaurants, spas, and golf courses. The most important thing is the exceptional sense of safety and peace of mind guests experience!

My wife, son, and I stayed at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort for four nights during this year's National Day holiday in Phuket. It was a very comfortable experience, and we even got room upgrades almost every night. The hotel is right on the beach, which is lovely, although getting around outside the resort can be a bit inconvenient. However, spending the whole day relaxing at the hotel was incredibly enjoyable.

ZZixiThis hotel is located halfway up a hill. The beach isn't great and you have to cross a small road to get to it, but it's very quiet and comfortable, making it a good choice for a vacation and relaxation. We originally booked a standard sea view room, but since we were three people (with my parents), the front desk kindly upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, a terrace, and a private hot tub, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was plentiful and the hygiene was excellent, living up to Hyatt's usual high standards. However, there aren't many dining or shopping options near the hotel, so you'll need to take a taxi to go out. If you're specifically looking to spend time at the beach, I'd recommend choosing a hotel on Kata or Karon Beach instead.

AAnisurrahmansMy stay at the Andakira Hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. We were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-stocked with high-quality toiletries.
The hotel's amenities are top-notch. We spent an afternoon by the beautiful infinity pool, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering a great mix of local and international dishes, all of which were delicious.
Its location is also a major plus, with easy access to public transport and main attractions.
We cannot recommend the Andakira Hotel highly enough. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we will definitely be returning.

XXiaolian2019We actually stayed here for five consecutive days! It was a very pleasant stay, and I really wanted to write more! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The owner is Chinese and has been consistently upgrading the linens. The service was attentive; one night, our Indian neighbors were on a loud call at 2:30 AM, and the owner, contacted via WeChat, promptly resolved the issue! The guesthouse environment is very comfortable, with squirrels, cats 🐱, and other small animals! The sea is right outside the door, as is a local night market! The food stalls at the entrance are also affordable and delicious 😋! I loved it! And for only two to three hundred during peak season, the price is unbeatable!!

GGuest UserPros: the view is great, the pool is nice, they provide free shuttle service to the beach and old town, free kayaking, and big, comfortable rooms. The rooms have a great air con and big bathroom.
Cons: the food was terrible for the price and location of the resort. The breakfast and the restaurant were not good. Since the location is mostly remote, if you don’t have your own transportation, it’s difficult to get other options for food. The check in process was a bit chaotic. The workers seem a little unorganized and overwhelmed. The service for food or drinks is the same way. Granted we understand it’s a resort, a Coke Zero was 75 baht, and a plate of food was 180-200 baht. You can get drinks and better food from 7/11 which is about a 7 minute drive away.
My family prefers quiet locations so this was suitable for us. We also live in Thailand so we had our own vehicle and didn’t mind the seclusion. However, for people coming for vacation, this may be an inconvenience for you if you are not aware how far this resort is from everything. Getting to old town is about 45-50 minutes or longer depending on traffic one way. The food was a huge one. It was cold, old, and not good. If you don’t have transportation, this can be a problem for your stay.
We probably would not stay again at this resort. But we did enjoy the views and the room while we were there.
