This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything about it is fantastic! The hotel itself is new, opened just over a year ago. It's cozy and compact, yet has everything you need, and it all works perfectly. European style, great amenities. The staff are amazing, very friendly, and speak good English. Always happy to help! :) It's spotless everywhere. The room is cleaned thoroughly and quickly. Clean towels, comfortable beds and pillows, bathrobes in the room. Tea, decent coffee, and water in glass bottles. USB speaker, TV. Plenty of space for clothes, everything is very thoughtfully designed. There's a bar-cafe upstairs, which is also very good for a hotel. Pool, gym, washing machine. Downstairs, there are complimentary bananas, cookies, and coffee/tea/cocoa. Thanks to the style with balconies and thick walls, the room doesn't get hot or too sunny. The concept with monkeys and bananas is 100 out of 100, perfectly executed. The location is superb. It's a beautiful area with all sorts of cafes and restaurants, shops, massage places, and currency exchange offices. Plus, it's not noisy, and there's parking available! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I needed a place to stay after checking out of the Laguna complex. Blu Monkey seems like a car park from the outside but its really a good, spacious and comfortable hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Blu Monkey Hub & Hotel Bangtao Beach — so good that I even extended my stay. The room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s right in the centre of Bangtao, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and bars, and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the weekend night market. The rooftop pool was one of my favourite parts — a perfect place to relax, enjoy a cocktail, and watch an incredible sunset with a beautiful panoramic view. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the comfort and design to the service and atmosphere. I’d highly recommend Blu Monkey Bangtao to anyone visiting Phuket. I can’t wait to come back!

Staff are very nice and welcoming, they let me check in early like 11.30 which is great :) the bed and pillows are comfy, room is clean, everything is new as a new hotel. The pool at the top is very nice if you like sunbathing a little bit smaller than I expected but still nice and enjoyable. I got a city view on the 5fl it a bit noisy at night because of the car and the bike specifically. The best thing of this hotel is the location just a 1 mins walk to 7-11 and a 5min walk to Porto de Phuket and many Thai and western restaurants around.
