Nai Yang Beach Phuket|0.11km from Naiyang Beach
1. Positive evaluation (1) About the hotel itself 1. Good location: just beside the beach (you can see the beach from the back door), beside Sirinat National Park, 300 meters from the so-called ticket gate 2. There is a whole family opposite the hotel (2) Regarding the B22 room 1. Quiet. Although there are restaurants and other supporting facilities on the side of the road and the hotel, there is no bar, no music and people talking at night, and the sound of motorcycles occasionally does not affect sleep; the other side is The original ecological countryside scenery, you can hear the sound of insects. 2. The sound of ocean waves can be heard at night, which is more pleasant. 3. The bamboo decoration is more stylish. It is quite comfortable to sleep in it at night and watch this bamboo house. For those who have never slept in a bamboo house, it is an opportunity to experience. 4. The area is 24 square meters, including the balcony and toilet 5. The outdoor is well ventilated, after all, it is close to the seaside, so you can dry clothes overnight 6. Wifi is stable, laptops and mobile phones can be connected at the same time, no need to re-authenticate when going out and returning 7. The tiles on the toilet floor are non-slip. 8. There is a round table, 2 chairs with backrests, so I can sit and play on the computer. 2. Negative evaluation (1) About the hotel itself The sign at the door is not obvious. At first, I thought it was a jewelry store, and I needed to locate it through Google Maps. (2) Regarding the B22 room 1. 160 yuan, considering the following factors, this price is too expensive. 2. Simple 3. There is no hot water for bathing. I use a kettle to boil water and put it in a cup or kettle, mix it with cold water and take a hot bath. 4. There is no air-conditioning and fan in the house. It is hot in the bamboo house during the day (the fan must be turned on) but it is not hot at night. 5. There are many mosquitoes: Although there are mosquito nets on the bed, it means that to avoid mosquitoes at night, you have to go to the bed and play on the computer, which is passive 6. Fewer sockets 7. The same bamboo house, with different equipment: I don't have a hot water pot, I will take the room B21 next door (there is no one next door). Room B21 and I share a toilet, and the toilet is separated from the bamboo house, but house B23 has a separate toilet which is bigger in the bamboo house. 8. There are no hangers, trash cans, plastic bags from my whole family that I use 9. Wifi speed is slow 10. There are fewer lights and darker 11. The boss controls the cost very well. I noticed that the front desk staff sleep on the floor of the front desk at night and are not assigned a special room. 12. The wall of the toilet is a concrete wall, relatively small, without separation of dry and wet, and no place to hang clothes.

This is truly the best place in Thailand where I rested. There will be many words, but I will try to give the maximum information about the hotel in the April 2020. 1) The room is huge! The bed is large: the three of us slept comfortably (me, my wife and child 3 years old). The air conditioning was powerful, it cooled the room perfectly. Who writes that he is blowing on the bed, just adjust the angle of the ”curtains”. The fridge freezer has got a spesial form for an ice, which I have not seen in any hotel in Thailand. Whiskey + ice = great evening on the balcony;) The balcony is good - there are a table (constantly used in the room), two armchairs, a clothes dryer. 2) The wi-fi is wonderful. I calmly used the Internet: read the news, mail, YouTube. 3) The room cleaning servise is every day and the cleaning is excellent. They never forgot to get anything, they did everything quickly and accurately. 4) It was possible to order food in the lobby of the hotel (main building). I highly recommend fried rice with chicken and Mango Fresh, very tasty. The baby was eating just chicken without any spices, he was pleased. 5) Communication with the staff also gave only positive emotions: they solved all problems and tasks, told important news, ordered a taxi. 6) We were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel: a thin road leads from the hotel to the beach (left, 3-5 minutes on foot), is usually used by bikes. If you go straight from the hotel, then you can walk to the market in about 20 minutes (it works on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday). If you go to the right, past the Title condo, you will reach 7-Eleven, although there are so many in the area. 7) We prefered to eat at Phen's cafe. For three years of visiting Nai Yang we have never found a place where the price-quality food would be better. A pleasant surprise was a 10% discount for residents of Pensiri House. Now I will describe not quite the cons, but rather the features of the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator (only 3 floors). This did not bother us. The bed mattress is really hard, also like in other hotels. After living in Pensiri, we stayed in a hotel in Surin, then in two hotels in Bangkok - the bed is also everywhere like that. My back, of course, was ill but i fill myself better after swimming. The shower pressure is weak. But, this didn’t bother us, it just took a little longer to do shower. Total. Great 4 weeks in a great hotel. A huge quantity of pluses, wonderful staff, wonderful holiday. I sincerely hope to come here again :)

Stopped for a week in the Family Luxury. The hotel is on the beach, a balcony with sea view. Clean, quiet, a little irritated by the constant smoking of the neighbors, all the smells pulled into our room. The service is unintrusive. The location is excellent - near the hotel there are many available cafes, there are machines, opposite Family mart. We liked everything, we recommend the room number, the rest rooms are smaller and without a balcony.

The newest hotel on my favorite beach Nai Yang. Comfortable location, comfortable atmosphere, everything perfectly clean, beautiful and stylish. I have been resting with children 2 and 5 years old, we have a great pleasure from all the hotel as a whole, from the children's zone and pools, from a comfortable first-floor room with my own jacuzzi. A comfortable children's chair in a restaurant for breakfast. Soft and fluffy towels, soft pillows, couch, dining area in the room with tea and coffee machine, mini-refrigerator. Dush and bath in the room, two sheets. Want to come back here again with the whole family!

This is a great place to stay if you want somewhere near the Phuket Airport and on the beach, literally, on the beach. We had the front room so we could see the beach, which was nice. The room isn't large but it had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. Literally under 10 mins taxi ride from the airport. Prasit was great, very accommodating when our plans kept changing due to Covid-19, cancelled flights etc. He even let us book a half day as we had a late flight. It was great to be able to spend the day swimming and be able to shower and change before heading to our flight. I would suggest you contact them direct by email or messenger to get a good price and let them save some money paid to the big online booking sites. We will definitely stay here again if we're flying out of Phuket.

Hotel was in a great location, less than 10min from the airport and a 2min walk across a local road to the beach. Unfortunately our room was not as advertised. We were given an upgrade for a room with twin beds which we declined, we were the given a room in what appeared to be an older part of the hotel complex. The bed was very hard (although our friends who had different rooms said their bed was okay) and the decor was dated. It was clean and served the purpose of a place to stay which enjoying the beach. The breakfast did not have much choice or dietary alternatives, the coffee could be vastly improved.

Beautiful little resort on a quiet stretch of Nai Yang beach adjacent to the national forest by the airport. Good included breakfast and very comfortable bed. Only negative… the robes in my guestroom had obviously not been washed after they had obviously been used by the previous occupants in my room.
