Absolutely loved Cassia Phuket! 💛 It’s an excellent option whether you’re a couple, a family, or a large group.

The studio apartment is very spacious, featuring a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a separate bathroom with a walk-in closet, and 3 air conditioners. The room is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a capsule coffee machine, and cooking utensils. Housekeeping is every two days, but it's best to remind the reception. Beach towels are provided in the room and are replaced during cleaning. There are two buildings and several pools on the property. Guests can use the shuttles from the Laguna area, and there's also a transfer service to Patong. A boat transports guests to the beach every 20 minutes from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 7 PM. You can also take another boat to cruise around the Laguna. On the beach, there are complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a toilet and shower. Small stalls selling drinks, food, and corn are right on the beach. Stand-up paddleboard rentals are available nearby. The breakfasts are good, offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, pastries, a kids' table, yogurts, an egg station, coffee, beverages, and much more.

I stayed at the hotel with my two children (ages 4 and 6). The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but you could always find something, like fruit. The kids absolutely loved the pancake machine. The housekeeping definitely left something to be desired; the floors remained dirty. On the plus side, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and there was a damp smell. However, the staff were very responsive and helpful with all requests (I asked for help with the stove, and a technician arrived in 10 minutes; when I forgot my room card, they issued a new one). The ladies at the reception were always friendly and smiling. All the staff always greeted us. 😉 There are three interconnected pools, all 130 cm deep, which was fun to swim through, especially under the bridges. You could take a boat to the beach, and there were free sun loungers provided by the hotel. We visited in August, which is off-season, and the waves were very strong, making swimming impossible.

The Laguna area, the two beds were pretty good. It's just a very ordinary hotel apartment. The deposit was 5,000 baht. This area is mostly for foreigners, so prices are quite high. I don't really like it here.

The environment is beautiful and convenient, with excellent facilities. The beach is very close, and there are many amenities and restaurants around the hotel.

This hotel is located in the Laguna complex in Bang Tao Beach, supposedly Phuket's upscale area, where prices are double what you'd find elsewhere. It's mostly frequented by Caucasians, especially Russians. The location is quite convenient. Downstairs is Canal Village, with a 24-hour convenience store, clinic, and coffee shops, plus a weekend night market. To get to Bang Tao Beach, you need to take a ferry, but it stops running at 7 pm. Alternatively, you can walk through the neighboring Dusit Thani hotel, which takes about ten minutes. Patong Beach is over 10km away. There's a shuttle bus for 150B per person, running four times a day, but it's rarely used; I practically had the shuttle to myself almost every time. Rooms are cleaned every two days. The garden view room facing the street is incredibly noisy, so light sleepers beware! I feel this place is more suitable for long-term stays, or as a transitional hotel for your first/last night, or for those who prefer a quiet, relaxed vibe away from crowds.

I've stayed here 3 times and I'm very impressed. I love staying in rooms with a water view. It has a private, peaceful beach. The restaurant is great for both breakfast and dinner. They also have two happy hour sessions, which I love.

This is an apartment hotel, and the hygiene was better than I expected. My room had no bugs, ants, or strange odors; it was very clean. It's convenient to take a boat from the hotel to visit the beach or other hotels. It rained during my stay, and the waves were high, but I could see that the lounge chairs on the beach were well-maintained. If you walk 500 meters to the left of the hotel, there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, which makes dining easy. This is quite important, as it helps prevent boredom in the evenings and gives you something to do. I personally think it offers great value for money and is suitable for long-term stays.
