Noku Phuket

Super clean and the view is unbelievable, i would recommend this to cut-off and relax, especially for a honeymoon. Worth every penny, thats it!

I do not normally write a review , but as a constant traveller across Asia, NOKU Phuket managed to pleasantly surprise me with its serene ambience, fabulous spa and more so by its extremly polite , very warm and very courteous staff. Veritably a BRILLIANT refuge ! Will definately come again !

Had a great time while staying at Noku, super b Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

Fantastic stay for a return visit

I would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay) - I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable) - When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room - After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases - After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets - I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say) - When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier - We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO) - Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up - All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made Sorry for the long review but I was not too impressed

The room was clean, and the staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My primary suggestion for improvement concerns the manual keys currently in use; upgrading to a modern key card system would significantly enhance convenience and security for guests. That single aspect notwithstanding, this is a great hotel and recommended.

The whirlpool loft was a great room on a rainy day to unwind in the whirlpool. Love is huge which is lovely if you stay in. The breakfast noodle station is great! Lots of juices. Amenities are simple. Nice hotel if you wanna chill and stay in. Location is near to Phuket old town and duty free mall and Robinson mall
