"What a Lovely Stay! This is actually the first hotel I’ve ever reviewed on Trip.com, and I really wanted to share my experience because this place truly impressed me. The hotel is spacious, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully managed, and the staff are all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to help and provided complete and useful information whenever I had questions. The room itself had everything I needed, so I honestly didn’t feel the need to go outside at all. You could easily spend the whole day at the hotel and still have plenty to do. There are working spaces, baking facilities, a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, mountain and island activities, and many other things to enjoy within the property. I especially loved the green spaces around the hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and really relaxing. There are also bicycles available for free, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable and convenient. The location is another big plus. It’s close to 7-Eleven and various local shops, so getting snacks, drinks, or anything you might need is very easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. The combination of a beautiful and spacious property, friendly staff, great facilities, peaceful surroundings, and a convenient location made my stay really comfortable. "📍 Twinpalms MontAzure, opened in 2019, is a moderately priced hotel that still feels relatively new in most aspects. The rooms are apartment-style and decent in size, but the public areas are a bit small. The hotel only has one all-day dining restaurant 🍴. The good thing is its beachfront location 🌊, so you can also try other dining options at the InterContinental next door, or take a stroll along the beach where you'll find plenty of other sea-view restaurants and bars 🍤🍹🌴. My main reasons for choosing this hotel were 1) it's relatively new, and 2) you can surf right on the hotel beach. It's definitely a great spot for those who are both laid-back and adventurous!"

"Pros: The room was clean, though there was a slight musty smell in the hallway. I booked a small room as I was just passing through for some business in the area. The location is excellent; it's close to many popular shops, making it very easy to find food. The parking lot is spacious. Cons: The room seems to be in an old, renovated building. There's no elevator, but it's an easy walk. However, when people walk past the room and talk, you can hear every word. The room offers absolutely no soundproofing; you can hear everything – conversations, footsteps, doors opening and closing. As they say, for the price, expecting too much would be strange."

"If you're staying in the annex building, be careful of the long, steep slope. We saw a guest's luggage slide down from there and hit someone. Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. Just remember to run the bath water first to make sure there's no yellow discoloration."

"I stayed at two hotels in Phuket, the first being Beyond Karon, which honestly had nothing going for it except the view. The second was this one. Initially, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I can confidently say that if you don't mind not having the beach, sunset, and waves right outside your door, this place is fantastic. This is the largest hotel I've ever stayed in, with the highest interior space. It's more accurate to describe it as a resort villa. The decor, fountains, pools, and various exotic-style buildings are all very unique. The room facilities and toiletries are very comprehensive, with many thoughtful details, such as umbrellas provided. A particularly nice touch was that the toothpaste wasn't the usual single-use type. The hotel also thoughtfully provided coffee and snacks, and the towels on the bed were folded into little elephants as decorations. Even the Hilton in Bangkok didn't offer such a great experience. The front desk staff speak a little Chinese, and the welcoming staff and older gentlemen at the entrance are very enthusiastic. I highly recommend this place to Chinese travelers."

"An incredible return visit — Cape Sienna never disappoints This was our second stay at Cape Sienna, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first — maybe even better. "The hotel was amazing! We stayed at the Riu Palace from September 6th to 12th, staying in an Elite Club Sea View room with a pool. Our stay coincided with the hotel's opening, so there were very few guests—a big plus for us. Everything was new, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was professional and attentive, and the service was truly top-notch. The food, drinks, and room cleaning were all in keeping with a good 5-star hotel. The only downside for us was the pools being quite shallow; we wish they were deeper. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed it, and the service truly deserves special praise."

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and it was lovely to relax there after a day out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and Kevin kindly helped us book Phi-phi island trip through the hotel, for which we also received a 10% discount. Everyone was genuinely keen to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Highly impressed with my stay at The Dorm Hostel as a solo traveler. This hostel meets every need! Content: It praises the cleanliness, superb location (convenient for attractions/transport), the friendly and helpful staff (excellent service), and the great amenities (comfortable beds, large lockers, nice common areas). Conclusion: Highly recommend it for solo travelers looking for great value, cleanliness, and a good atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

This stay far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The staff were warm and polite, check-in and check-out were very quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night and a high-quality rest. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, comprehensive toiletries, and stable hot water. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great.

I stayed at the hotel with my two children (ages 4 and 6). The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but you could always find something, like fruit. The kids absolutely loved the pancake machine. The housekeeping definitely left something to be desired; the floors remained dirty. On the plus side, bed linen and towels were changed regularly. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and there was a damp smell. However, the staff were very responsive and helpful with all requests (I asked for help with the stove, and a technician arrived in 10 minutes; when I forgot my room card, they issued a new one). The ladies at the reception were always friendly and smiling. All the staff always greeted us. 😉 There are three interconnected pools, all 130 cm deep, which was fun to swim through, especially under the bridges. You could take a boat to the beach, and there were free sun loungers provided by the hotel. We visited in August, which is off-season, and the waves were very strong, making swimming impossible.

Very close to the beach. Although you can't swim in July because the waves are too big, the hotel is still very clean. Both kids and adults loved the waterslide at the pool. The hotel grounds are also very well-maintained with lots of greenery. Would definitely stay again.

The outdoor scenery here is absolutely stunning, and my kids absolutely loved the pool – the water was super clean and it was cleaned daily! However, the in-room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness was just okay. It really depends on what you prioritize. For me, the amazing outdoor views made it all worthwhile; I didn't mind a bit of dirt or old fixtures. Plus, we met two incredibly nice and lovely service staff members at the lunch and sunset restaurants this time! We stayed in a Type A room this visit, but I'll definitely try a Type B next time!

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well maintained, which I truly appreciate. You can tell the resort takes good care of what it has. The location is generally fine, though the beach directly in front of the resort isn’t the best. Patong Beach is about a 300+ meter walk away, which is manageable, just something to note for guests who expect a beachfront swimming spot. The only part that slightly affected our experience was the shuttle service — not a big issue, but a memorable one. On 1 February, around 5:30 PM, we informed the front desk that we needed the 6:30 PM shuttle to Bangla Street. We even confirmed it twice and were told to sit and wait, as the staff would notify us when the shuttle arrived. We made sure they knew exactly where we were waiting. By 7:00 PM, after no update, we went back to the front desk only to be told that the shuttle had already left. The staff apologized and admitted she had overlooked us, and arranged the next shuttle. Nothing serious — just an unexpected extra 30 minutes of “resort relaxation time” we hadn’t planned for. 😊 Still, aside from this hiccup, the stay was comfortable, and with a bit more attention to shuttle coordination, the experience would be even better.
