This hotel was the perfect choice - it's close to a large mall, within walking distance of Patong Beach, and near many attractions. Our room was very clean, and we loved having a bathtub. The pool was also wonderful! We slept comfortably every night. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. There was even a friendly Filipina staff member who helped me a lot—thank you so much! I also forgot my wallet, and they immediately contacted me and arranged for it to be delivered to my sister in Thailand. Amazing service! I would definitely stay here again. 10/10! 🤩❤️🥰✨"

"The room was very spacious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right across the road which was super convenient. The location is also really good — we walked everywhere during our trip and it was very easy to get around. The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the room next door. At first it felt a bit worrying, and unfortunately the guests next door checked in around 2am and were drinking, talking, and laughing loudly, so it was quite hard for us to sleep. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything else was really good👌 We requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend and it turned out so cute 🥹 The towel cake decoration was adorable hahaha. "Hotel is in a good location, plenty of food options around if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. Close to airport if needing to stay nearby and love that the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast had good options avaible for the whole family. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great."

"Before checking in, I saw a lot of negative reviews, but after staying, I have to give it a full five-star rating and highly recommend it. Let me start with the downsides: there are basically no amenities within walking distance, so you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. Taxis in Phuket are really expensive; the hotel is 3 kilometers from Patong center, and a tuk-tuk costs 100 RMB. Now for the good points: first, the service absolutely deserves praise. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM to check in, but the room wasn't ready until 2 PM. The hotel immediately offered each of us a complimentary drink from the restaurant as compensation. We actually checked in around 2:30 PM. After checking out, we left a small piece of luggage at the hotel. After contacting the front desk, they quickly located it for us, and they were very cooperative when we arranged for a Grab runner to pick it up. During our stay, the hotel did have a scheduled shuttle service (though not many runs) for 100 THB per person. I didn't pay close attention and thought it was going to Patong. After about 10 minutes on the road, I realized we were going in the wrong direction. When I asked the driver, I found out it was going to Kamala. The driver turned around and took us back to the hotel, and the hotel immediately refunded the fare. We booked two ocean-view king suites. The rooms were very spacious. When we booked, we specified two adults and one child for each room, and the hotel had already set up the extra beds without any additional charge. The balcony has a jacuzzi, which was well-maintained, fully functional, and very clean. The hotel has a private rocky beach. We snorkeled twice, and there were many fish, but the hotel doesn't provide life jackets, probably to discourage snorkeling due to safety risks. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular, but it wasn't crowded, so it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is connected to the popular 'The Reef' restaurant, which is very photogenic."

"A great stay in Phuket with a central location that made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was definitely good value for money. Breakfast was fairly average, but overall the experience was positive and enjoyable.”"

"Unbeatable value for money! Google Maps will lead you into an alley, and the tallest building there is this hotel. I initially booked it just for a layover, with no expectations, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. For just over 200 yuan, you can even see the sea. The lobby is huge, and there's a pool, though we didn't get to use it. The room was very clean and new. Someone was there to help with luggage right at the lobby entrance and even brought it up to our room and set it down. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests, even giving us afternoon tea vouchers. It was absolutely fantastic and definitely a place I'd stay at again! Too bad I didn't take any photos, but it's absolutely worth it and comparable to a Hilton Garden Inn in China."

"The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further."

"Excellent family hotel! Breakfasts are good until 10:00 AM; they keep replenishing and cooking until the very end, so you can linger. The grounds are large and well-maintained. The water park is super – great fun for both adults and kids; we couldn't get our child off the slides! There are two large slides, plus a small pool with slides for younger children. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The hotel cafe is inexpensive. There's a kids' playroom (schedule in photos). Not many Russians here. The beach is just across the road. Opposite the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, cafes, and massage places. Kata beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Honestly, no complaints at all; we loved everything."
