Brown Suites Busan

The room was spacious with a lovely view outside the window. The staff were quick to respond, efficient, and very friendly. The overall service experience was delightful. I would choose to stay here again.

The location is right in front of Busan Station. If you arrive by KTX, just exit from gate 9 or 10 and follow the elevated walkway for about 7-8 minutes. It's also convenient for subway access. The only thing is that check-in and the rooms are in different entrances. Upon arrival, you'll need to go to the 2nd floor of Building B for check-in, then go down one floor and enter the building through the adjacent entrance. The two staff members had excellent service, and since it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the layout, they kindly directed us to the elevator, which was very thoughtful. Even though the hotel is large, it offers good privacy, as you need your room card to access everything. The room environment was excellent, very large and spacious; we were amazed as soon as we walked in. You can cook, and it's equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator. Plus, the sea view from the window was unbeatable, and there are two small supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy things. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Busan.

Excellent location, right next to Busan Station. We took the KTX and exited from Gate 10, and the apartment was right there. No need to walk in the summer sun, which was a huge plus! 👍 There's a CU convenience store on the first floor of the apartment building, which was handy. The room was spacious and offered great value for money, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the service was top-notch. On our first night, the main bedroom window didn't have any blinds, so it got bright at 4 AM, disrupting our sleep. We reported it to the manager, and they promptly came and installed Venetian blinds. Super efficient service! 👍 The room was very clean, had a great view, and I loved it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Busan.

The sea view room offers an amazing view, and the cleanliness and facilities are top-notch. It's definitely great value for money. The only minor drawback is the lack of a lobby and front desk, requiring you to contact staff beforehand for self-check-in. However, the pre-arrival instructions were very detailed, and you can even walk there from Busan Station. Plus, there's a CU convenience store downstairs, and it's super convenient to take a taxi to tourist attractions!

The room was really smart! This was my first time booking an apartment hotel, and I was surprised that I had to pick up the key card myself and transfer elevators. Luckily, my husband and daughter speak English, otherwise it would have been a huge hassle and time-consuming. The room was quite expensive. We used all the facilities in the room, and they were excellent, especially the washer and dryer. There's a CU convenience store on the first floor. I stayed on the 55th floor, and I'm actually afraid of heights. This year, I've really faced all my fears related to heights!
