"This was my first time staying at the Time Walk Hotel, and I had such a great experience, I'm officially a fan! First off, the service was excellent. The front desk staff, the restaurant aunties, and the cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly and would proactively greet you. The front desk even helped me with my luggage! Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. Although the double room I booked was a bit small, it had everything you could possibly need (they even provided facial tissues!) and had a window. The mini-bar drinks and snacks were all complimentary, and as I was leaving, the front desk even gave me a farewell gift, which was a really thoughtful touch. Most importantly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just 50 meters to the right from the entrance is the Line 19 subway station, which goes directly to Hangzhou East Railway Station. Finally, the soundproofing is amazing! I stayed here for 4 nights and it was always quiet, I slept really well every night! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Hangzhou."

"Environment: I looked around for hotels when I came to visit West Lake, and most of them were quite old. I chose this one because it opened in '26, and the hotel's decor style is also nice. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet. They even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. All the toiletries are Balmain, and the hairdryer is Laifen. Transportation: It's very close to West Lake, whether by walking (about 20 minutes), riding a shared bike, or taking the subway (there's a subway station near the hotel entrance, just two or three stops directly to the Intime Department Store pedestrian street). All options are very convenient. Service: All the staff members have amazing service attitudes. When I checked in, before I even entered the door, a small, thin girl came out to open the door and help me with my luggage. After check-in, another taller girl with glasses helped me carry my luggage to the room and enthusiastically explained how to use the room's facilities. When I checked out, a curly-haired young man helped me carry my luggage to the car and even put it in the trunk. I've stayed at five-star hotels before and never encountered such attentive service. Areas for improvement: The fried noodles for breakfast were too hard, and when I went to eat around 9 AM, both the fried eggs and fried noodles were cold. I would still choose to stay at this hotel the next time I visit Hangzhou. Highly recommended."

"I came here for a vacation with my parents and children. Before arriving, I saw some negative reviews and was a bit nervous, but after getting here, I realized it was absolutely worth the price. Facilities: All the necessary amenities and services are available. There are many things for children to play with, such as rock climbing, archery, basketball, and swimming. We barely had time to try them all. They also host various activities, and I saw the kids participating happily. Environment: The Club Med environment is truly impeccable. As it's a newly opened hotel, everything is very new. Air purifiers are provided, and the toiletries are the same reliable brand as always. Service: There's really nothing to fault about the service. From the beginning, when I accidentally booked the wrong room and contacted the hotel through Ctrip, they responded promptly. On the way to the hotel, staff members greeted us with smiles. Before check-in, the hotel's concierge added me on WeChat. A special mention goes to Cling; we could basically communicate any issues via WeChat at any time. We happened to arrive during a typhoon passing through Hangzhou. Before our stay, they politely inquired about our check-in plans and informed us that we could cancel without penalty. Check-in itself was quick and smooth. Cling arranged the entire itinerary very well and even informed us about party start times. It's worth mentioning that breakfast was indeed excellent, and we also had the buffet dinner, which was priced as expected. Breakfast had everything you could want, and dinner also offered a good variety. The surrounding area is also very convenient; you can go tea picking, there's a town within walking distance, and it's easy to order takeout for milk tea, coffee, or go out to eat."

"This was my first time in Hangzhou, an unfamiliar city for me. After a long day, I checked into this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. I really have to commend the front desk staff, especially the young lady. Her service attitude was excellent, whether it was for check-in or check-out. She was incredibly quick to assist with anything, from sending items to adjusting the TV, and always with a kind and friendly demeanor. They really should be given stools; I felt so bad for them, they seemed so tired. Even Atour hotels now provide stools for their staff. The hotel industry is indeed tough, and I genuinely feel for them. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I have the chance. It's truly great."

"Facilities: New, with a fresh and stylish decor, great attention to detail – definitely not a 'slap-dash' hotel. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: I originally booked a room below the 15th floor, but they upgraded me to a 54th-floor river view room for free. The view was unbeatable, with the Qiantang River banks fully visible. I could even watch the light show from my room at night. Service: Delivery staff brought food right to my door. Breakfast: More than sufficient and delicious. It feels comparable to an Indigo hotel. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! From the moment I stepped in, the service was incredibly thoughtful. They offered hot tea when I checked in and even proactively gave me a quieter room. I was so tired from an early morning flight, but after a quick nap in the well-prepared room, I felt much better. The comfortable room allowed me to have a rare good night's sleep, especially since I've been struggling with insomnia lately. When I checked out, they even gave me some special local tea. All the staff spoke softly and gently, which made coming back to the hotel feel so relaxing every time. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from West Lake Scenic Area, otherwise, it's perfect."

"1. The lobby is quite small, and the entrance is also tiny, giving it a minimalist feel similar to a Hanting Hotel. 2. The rooms are cramped. We booked a city view room and a suite, and the city view room was particularly small. 3. The restaurant is small. Breakfast is a set meal per person (1 main dish, 3 side dishes) along with self-service fruits, yogurt, and small pastries (which feels like a cost-cutting measure). If you want more of the main dish, you have to order and pay extra. 4. Regarding the suite, I booked it with high expectations, but was quite disappointed. The outdoor tables and chairs were covered due to the rain (can't blame the hotel, just bad luck on our part), and the terrace area wasn't as large as depicted in the promotional images. The hotel explained that each suite type has a different layout, and you get whatever is assigned. I saw a square bathtub in the suite's promotional pictures, but our room had a standard bathtub. Also, the promotional images showed a bathtub with a window on one side, but in reality, our bathtub was placed further inside, next to the shower. So, if you're planning to book a suite, you might want to inquire with the hotel beforehand. The suite did have a living room, and an induction cooktop and a water dispenser on the island counter. The shower in the room made a loud noise, suggesting an issue with the drainage system. 5. Service was a mixed bag: They called beforehand to ask about our check-in time and room preferences, and mentioned they would prepare something for our anniversary. We got towel swans on the bed and a very, very, very mini cake. However, after checking in around 1 PM, we called to request a bucket of ice and toiletries for the children. By almost 6 PM, they still hadn't arrived. Finally, we mentioned it to the staff who came to deliver fruits, and only then did someone come to ask us what we needed. 6. The hotel is located in Hangzhou Kerry Centre, but the Kerry Centre itself isn't open yet, so there aren't many walkable dining options nearby. If you order takeout, you have to go down to the first floor to pick it up yourself. 7. The restaurant, being new, didn't have much to offer, and the afternoon tea was quite simple. 8. The pool is small but lovely when the sun is out."
