Ibis Hotel (Harbin Central Street Railway Station)

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

The hotel has a stylish decor and excellent service. They offer laundry service, and housekeeping is prompt.

The hotel only has one elevator. The parking lot is extremely small, and the restaurant is completely full during breakfast rush hour. The room hygiene is acceptable, but the facilities are just average.

Great location, very close to Central Street, and the price is quite reasonable. The front desk staff, both young men and women, were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. Breakfast was quite rich, with fruit, dairy products, pastries, and both hot and cold dishes available.

I've stayed here many times. The environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, and it's very close to Central Street. There are also many dining options downstairs, and it's very convenient to get to the shopping mall. I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel's location is pretty good, not far from Central Street and also close to the train station. The main convenience is that there's an airport shuttle stop nearby!

The facilities are complete, very clean, and the environment is quite good and quiet.

The room was clean and tidy, and I slept comfortably. My child loved it! It was excellent!
