Hotel was newly built and hence facilities and room is spacious and clean. There was coffee machine in room which was a nice touch.Hotel is quite near Batam centre ferry terminal. However they only provide one bathrobe and one hand Should have provided 2 for 2 guests in room. no other amenities like shower cap or toothbrush is provided.I would stay here again if price is reasonable

Extremely Poor Service for a 5-Star Hotel My stay in a Deluxe Suite was very disappointing and far below 5-star standards. There was water leakage from the basin, and the bathtub water was yellow in color, which raised serious hygiene concerns. What made the experience worse was the staff’s inability to handle the situation. They did not seem properly trained to manage such incidents and repeatedly said they would “escalate to the manager,” yet no effective action was taken. There was no sense of urgency or sincerity in resolving the issue. For the price charged and the expectations of a luxury hotel, this level of service and maintenance is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.
