A Wonderful Stay at Grand Mercure Batam ✨
We had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Batam. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and gracious hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and their genuine warmth and sincerity made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our room was beautifully clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a lovely space for our family to unwind and relax. The hotel’s location is also wonderfully convenient, with shopping malls, popular local cafés, and renowned seafood restaurants just a short distance away. It made exploring Batam and enjoying the local food scene effortless.
The breakfast experience was another highlight. There was an impressive variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the grilled meat, which was exceptionally tasty and definitely one of our favourites.
One area that could perhaps be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. As we were travelling with a toddler, we could occasionally hear vehicle noise from outside at night, which disrupted our little one’s sleep slightly. Hopefully, this can be enhanced in the future to make the stay even more peaceful for families.
Overall, Grand Mercure Batam offered us a beautifully comfortable and memorable stay, combining a convenient location, spacious and immaculate rooms, delicious dining, and genuinely warm hospitality.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return for another relaxing stay in Batam. 🤍✨
