"Overall, it was pretty good. There was a good range of activities, and we saw quite a few small animals in the mountain area. The two-bedroom unit was ideal for our family. Breakfast was also good. My only minor quibbles would be that some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It would have been even better if the TV was a smart TV (like Xiaomi) with access to TV series, and a night light was missing. Otherwise, no major complaints. Although the complimentary perks largely covered what was offered, my 65-year-old parents, despite being quite active, found many activities unsuitable and might have gotten a little bored."

"A big thank you to our WeChat butler, Jason Sui, for his incredibly enthusiastic service! Upon arrival, an airport shuttle bus took us directly to the resort hotel, and they also provided airport transfer service for our departure. The hotel pool was nice, though it wasn't very busy – I guess most guests were out exploring. The kids' play area was a bit small. On our last day, we spent a pleasant afternoon at the KTV. The breakfast on the first floor was, as many have mentioned, quite mediocre, and the coffee was very weak. However, the plain congee with pickled vegetables was excellent! Although our butler had also arranged breakfast at the Executive Lounge, the congee was all I really needed. The hotel was generally clean, and our room was serviced promptly. They even thoughtfully provided unlimited Nongfu Spring bottled water on each floor for guests. Overall, we had a good experience, and I look forward to seeing Tianchi Lake on our next visit!"

"The room was good and the bed was massive, but the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing. Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling adequately, the swimming pool only opened at 1 PM, and the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs were extremely overcrowded."

"The hotel is incredibly convenient, designed like a large park with electric buggies readily available for easy transportation throughout. Our package deal offered fantastic value for a two-night stay and included numerous complimentary activities. Although the breakfast and dinner vouchers were originally only for two adults and one child, our dedicated staff member (No. 8) generously provided us with vouchers for two adults and two children. The housekeeping service was also impeccable! A thoroughly enjoyable experience."

"Hotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there. However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process. Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week. The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more. We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have."

"The hotel's facilities are quite new compared to other West Slope resorts, which was a major factor in my decision to book the Pullman. I opted for the 6-privilege package, which cost over 300 RMB more per night than the standard room rate. Having experienced it firsthand, I would not recommend purchasing this package. Here's why: 1. **Airport Shuttle:** The airport drop-off shuttle only departs when it's full. I had scheduled a 10 AM shuttle, but then two more passengers from the same flight were added, and we were asked to leave at 9:30 AM, supposedly to avoid traffic. Were these additional passengers VIPs? When it was time to leave, the front desk then told me I was departing too early, which made me feel completely misled. A 15km taxi ride would have cost just 33 RMB. Ctrip's hotel page clearly stated that both scheduled shuttles and private car services were available. If you can't provide a service, don't advertise it. 2. **Buffet Dinner:** The buffet dinner is only redeemable once, even for guests who purchased a two-night package. 3. **Shuttle to Tourist Center:** The shuttle service to the West Slope Tourist Distribution Center covers only 2km, a taxi for which would cost the minimum fare of 10 RMB. 4. **Petting Zoo:** The ”petting zoo” consists of two deer. You need to buy feed to interact with them, and this facility is accessible to all hotel guests, not just package holders. 5. **Travel Photography:** The travel photography benefit includes a free trial of two outfits, with no other services provided."

"Our room was exceptionally spacious – a true suite. The living room even had a sofa bed, and the bedroom boasted a huge 2.4m bed. With two bathrooms and two balconies, it was incredibly convenient for drying clothes and felt wonderfully spacious and comfortable, especially for a family with children. The room service was flawless, and every single staff member was incredibly patient, attentive, and friendly. The hotel's environment was truly beautiful; every casual photo we took looked like a picture from a comic book. The shuttle service was also excellent, with two distinct routes. One route covered all the main activity areas like the children's playground, archery and shooting, jungle trekking, go-karts, and the glass skywalk. The other route took us to Meijing Pavilion, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Changbai Mountain. The hotel offered a truly extensive range of complimentary activities and amenities. We spent four full days there and barely had to pay for anything extra. From the moment we woke up, our days were packed with fun: mountain biking, trampolining, the children's playground, archery and shooting, paragliding, and even 'Dah Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks). In the evenings, we relaxed in the hot springs. Although the dining choices weren't super extensive, every restaurant we tried served delicious food. Finally, a huge thank you to Manager Coco. She was incredibly attentive to every detail and always responsive, immediately helping us book and arrange whatever we needed. Our sincerest gratitude! We definitely plan to come back next year (the evenings were around 17°C, wonderfully cool!)."

"I personally think this is the best hotel in Yosemite. Small but exquisite, with a delicious breakfast. Located at the highest point, it offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the sloped roof below, which partially obstructed my view. Otherwise, I couldn't praise it enough. The resort's activities were enough to make up for the long stay. The bedding, coffee capsules, minibar, and unlimited mineral water all reflect the hotel's quality. In short, it's the best choice for a trip to Yosemite. You can lie back and enjoy the view from the balcony all day."

"The scenery outside the hotel window is particularly good. Changbai Mountain can be seen in the resort. The room has a refrigerator and a washing machine and dryer. It is very clean and tidy. The hotel will also call one day in advance to ask if you need to pick up the airport and what time you will arrive. Manager Wang Bingshu will remind you of the opening information of Changbai Mountain or the May Day activities of the hotel every day, and will respond to questions very quickly. It's really great!!!
