Here's my feedback: 1. **Room Lighting Design Flaws:** The dining table light was too dim and essentially useless for illumination. After ordering room service via QR code, the lighting for dining was very poor. The desk area was generally dark, and the desk lamp was purely decorative, not bright enough for reading or writing. 2. **Aging Room Facilities:** The indoor flooring creaked noticeably when walked on, causing disruptive noise. 3. **Complimentary Activity Benefits Invalidated After Extension:** After extending my stay, I contacted the front desk via the in-room phone and was informed that the complimentary activity benefits would be updated and reactivated. However, when I tried to use them, they still didn't work, causing delays to my plans. 4. **Breakfast Experience:** The buffet breakfast selection was limited, lacked local Changbaishan specialties, and felt quite monotonous. 5. **Butler Service:** I inquired about and requested concierge car services from the butler, but my request was not resolved. I hope the hotel can inspect and optimize the room lighting and flooring facilities, improve the process for synchronizing benefits after extending a stay, enhance the effectiveness of butler services, and improve the breakfast offerings."

"Our stay at Jinhua Suite Hotel was excellent! The hotel grounds are comfortable and pleasant, and the common areas have a great ambiance with well-maintained facilities. The highlight was definitely the butler service; our butler, Haha, was incredibly responsive and provided meticulous care throughout our stay. Our only regret is that the trip was a bit too short, but both adults and children had a wonderful time and it really enhanced our vacation. Highly recommended!"

"1. I booked this hotel two months in advance. The hotel told me the main building had mountain views. On the day of check-in, my butler told me a room on the 2nd floor of the main building was reserved for me. However, when I arrived that evening, the front desk said there was no such reservation. The front desk staff's attitude was poor, saying the manager wasn't available in the evening. Although they eventually upgraded us to a villa, the view from the villa was terrible. The next day, the butler said he was asleep and missed my call, claiming that in Switzerland, the low-lying terrain means you can't see much of the mountains. Very frustrating. The villa faced another villa, so the view wasn't good. It looked nice from the outside, but the lighting inside was dim, and being next to the road, there was noise from passing cars when the windows were open. Yet, when checking in, the front desk still claimed the villa area was the best, saying the main building had many tour groups and was noisy. However, the outside of the villa was quite picturesque for photos. 2. The breakfast at the villa was the same for two consecutive days. The pickled vegetables looked like leftovers and tasted terrible. When we asked the female chef in the villa area if she could make an omelet, she gave us a cold, stern look and said she couldn't. Later, we found out it was possible in the main building. It really depends on who you encounter here. Most staff were very enthusiastic, but a few bad apples really spoiled the experience. 3. The hotel offers some perks, like complimentary rafting, which wasn't great due to the crowds and poor experience. The butler even admitted that paying for it would be better. But they only told us the ticket price, not the full cost. We only found out upon arrival that there was an additional charge for the shuttle back from rafting. The butlers didn't mention any of this beforehand. 4. During summer, there are tons of families with kids and many cars. The experience is really bad; it's best to drive yourself. There are no good restaurants near the resort; you have to drive over ten kilometers to Wanda Plaza or even further to a town. 5. The facilities are supposedly newer than Wanda's, but in reality, the bathroom outlet was broken, the bathtub leaked in the middle of the night, and my child's tablet couldn't connect to the WiFi, so we had to use a hotspot. It was just a mess. In the villa area, what greets you in the morning might be the sun, or it might be a freshly woven spiderweb 🕸️ and a large spider. Hope the kids don't get scared. 6. Before coming, I asked about the temperature, and they told us to bring thick jackets. Turns out, we didn't need any thick clothes at all; short sleeves were perfectly fine. I honestly feel the service is quite subpar. Although the butler asked for a good review, I really can't give one. The service desperately needs training; it doesn't meet the standard for a good review."

When you're on vacation, you want to find this kind of raw, natural feeling. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are excellent overall, very clean. Environment: The environment is a major highlight. The hotel offers many complimentary benefits, and the entire resort is well-managed. All staff members for the activities wear unified uniforms, and from the airport shuttle bus to the hotel, they are very responsive and enthusiastic, truly showcasing the hospitality of Northeasterners. Breakfast: Very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Especially for those who enjoy Western food, they even have overnight oats and Eggs Benedict, which shows great thoughtfulness. Overall, I'm very satisfied with choosing this hotel for my family vacation with the kids. The location is also very convenient, with a direct exit to the commercial street from the back. The airport transfers, recreational activities, and even the concierge helping to arrange rafting and transfers to the West Slope all justify the price. I initially booked a king room on the fifth floor with a sloped ceiling, but it didn't affect usability at all. Later, I changed to a twin room with two 1.8-meter beds, large enough for a family with two children. There's no particular view from the window, but when you're here, you're out enjoying the mountains anyway. This place is perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The room is fully equipped with a hairdryer, disposable dental kits, and toiletries. ❇️Facilities: The hotel has five floors and is relatively new. It's not a large hotel and doesn't have a dedicated gym, but there are a few fitness machines available if you want a quick workout. 🌈Service: The service is truly excellent. Any questions are answered promptly, and they offer sound advice. They can even help arrange activities if you want to participate in some. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive until the middle of the night, but they helped us arrange airport pickup and even provided one free transfer to/from the station. 📍Location: From the hotel, it's just a short walk across the main road to the Chixi District Transit Center, making it very convenient to catch a bus to Tianchi in the morning. It's also not far from Wanda Resort by taxi, about a 20-minute drive. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit. It's hassle-free, convenient, and very comfortable. "

Cats, a bonfire, and fishing – during our three-day stay, my son learned to call each cat in the courtyard by name and even when we were out, he kept talking about the guesthouse's pond.
