The room facilities are excellent, and the location is also great. Concierge Xiao Chen provided very thoughtful and detailed service, which is highly commendable.

They offer a lot of complimentary amenities and the service is great. The only downside is there's no shuttle within the Wanda Resort, which is a bit inconvenient as you have to walk quite a distance to activities like the zipline.

Aside from the room being a bit dated, everything else – the service and facilities – was top-notch! The butler was especially great... always there to help with anything we needed.

First off, a big shoutout to Butler Xiao Chen. I saw so many positive reviews mentioning a Butler Xiao Chen before I even arrived, and sure enough, he was the one taking care of me – I was thrilled!. Maybe it was the off-peak season and fewer guests, but my room got upgraded, and it was indeed quite spacious. However, it feels like the decor is quite old, as there were several stubborn stains on the floor that just wouldn't come off. As for breakfast, perhaps because it was off-peak, it seemed to be served in what might be the executive lounge. The restaurant was small, and the breakfast selection was pretty limited. Only three types of fruit were available, and there wasn't much to eat – basically, standard fast-food quality. But on my second day, there was a cinnamon bun that was genuinely good, which gave it a slight hint of a star-rated hotel. The restaurant staff were also quite good with their service, especially the auntie making the grilled cold noodles. Not only did she make them to order, but she also told me that the previous one had gotten cold and made me a fresh, hot one. This added a touch of warmth to what was otherwise a rather disappointing breakfast. Regarding the hotel's welcome fruit, it was literally bananas, apples, and big pears, which instantly took me back to kindergarten. The bananas looked good, but the apples were really sad-looking. They were all large, but their quality was such that I probably wouldn't even pick them out at a market. Finally, the room amenities. The slippers weren't very comfortable. In my recent hotel stays, the slippers at Aranya were much better. I visited the Westin in Zhoushan a few years ago, and honestly, these two hotels are quite different. But then again, the price difference reflects that. All the staff were excellent.

Overall service was excellent! The butler was very enthusiastic, recommending great places to eat and fun activities, and even helped with booking taxis. 👍

Originally a pleasant experience! Came back for one last ski trip before the season ended! Concierge Xiao Chen provided excellent service~ He proactively asked if I needed any assistance and checked on my stay experience, and all my requests were met~ What's interesting is that I had already reached the airport when I remembered I hadn't returned my ski pass. I asked the taxi driver to take me back, and Xiao Chen also helped me retrieve my ski equipment deposit. Northeasterners are truly kind!

Excellent stay, perfect for off-peak skiing. The hotel staff were very attentive and thoughtful.

It was a very comfortable stay. The ski-in/ski-out access directly to the snow house for rentals and changing was super convenient. The only downside is that it's not in the very center, so it's a bit of a walk through the snow to get to town. The Western-style dishes at breakfast and in the lounge were quite good. The price was very high during the Chinese New Year holiday.

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned. Service: The hotel service was good, though getting ski tickets was a hassle. Environment: Decent, just a bit far from the market. Still, it's pretty good overall. Hygiene: Good and clean. The hotel is generally fine.
