I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

This place is superb! All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room package is so worthwhile as it includes breakfast, skiing, snow activities, deer park and hot springs at Club Med. Room is spacious and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended especially family with young children.

However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

Clean and beautiful hotel located in vicinity of ski resort. Hotel rooms are nicely done up but toilet floor was chipping off and starting to show signs of wear and tear. Service is friendly and breakfast spread was good. Pool was shared with westin.

Modern Hotel with renovation recently done. Good breakfast. Only problem is if you are a beginner you will need to transport with taxi to entry of the ski resort. If you are already a skier then it has its own slope that is perfect.

Really nice and exclusive resort. With all amenities and fun within the compound. Before my arrival, hotel staff Dong Mei sent me information and answered my queries. She also sent daily weather updates. Upon arrival, the lobby staffs was also very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is also great! My kids enjoyed the stay, and we would definitely recommend our friends and family to come.

Excellent skiing resort with great facilities, airport shuttle bus, many restaurants within the resort, nice spacious family room, and friendly staffs. Can just stay within the resort for couple days or excursions to nearby tourist attractions.

One of my best & memorable stay so far. The hotel and the surrounding are so dreamy. The various free activities as part of the hotel room package is really worth it. I hope to go back again one day. 管家小魏 is really fast in replying all my queries and helped to arrange my extra drifting activity swiftly.

A really beautiful place with quiet and tranquility that allows us to recharge and reset from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location may be a tad far from changbaishan north slope- however, the hotel Concierge - a special shout out to Mr 孙浩熙 for going out for his way and beyond to help us get tickets and made arrangements even on his rest day.  The room is really beautiful and spacious, and it’s only a 10min walk out to get food and necessities. Side note is that the walkway could be better lighted, especially during winter as the dark falls after 5pm; and it was a little scary to walk out then.  In all, high recommended for anyone who needs a rest and have a full recharge! Really love the room and the impeccable service from all the staff :)
