Wanda Momoland Changbai Mountain

This resort in Changbai Mountain offers excellent value for money. Jack's service was professional and attentive, thoroughly informing us about the hotel's value-added services, which saved us a lot of hassle. The hotel's unique magic-themed decor created a great atmosphere, and the room was clean. My kids absolutely loved the magic-themed activities. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

Manager Jack was incredibly humble and courteous, offering professional and standardized service. The overall quality of the hotel's soft and hardware exceeded my expectations. The room was fantastic, shaped like a cat, and came with adorable cat-themed pajamas and even a little cat stool.

I stayed on a high floor with a mountain view outside the window. It would be spectacular if it were a floor-to-ceiling window. Tianchi Lake was closed these two days, so I spent my time at the resort. I felt there wasn't much else to do after a while since all the included activities were one-time only. Overall, the experience was good. The resort's restaurants are almost 50% more expensive than outside, but they offer a wide variety of dishes. The biggest regret was not being able to visit Tianchi Lake due to bad weather.

The hotel manager, Nana, was excellent. She was always polite and helpful in resolving issues, including clearly explaining all the benefits of our stay. The overall service was top-notch, the price was very reasonable, and the room was quiet and clean, allowing us to get good rest. The Wanda Resort is fantastic and definitely worth visiting with children. We'll happily return if we get the chance!

I checked in quite late, but Manager Wang from the guest services department provided exceptional service. He was very patient and helpful with my hotel benefits during check-in, and his service throughout my stay was incredibly thoughtful, always checking if our room needed anything. Thumbs up to him! 👍 The room was also clean, making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Momoland Hotel is very quiet and stylishly decorated. Manager Jack provided clear directions, making it easy to navigate the entire Wanda Resort. The two Maine Coons in the lobby are super cute!
