An excellent hotel with great convenience and thoughtful services. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. It was a truly pleasant stay with attention to detail that made the experience even better. Highly recommended! Their homemade breakfast is also delicious and adds a personal touch to the stay.

Choosing this hotel among the many options in Changbai Mountain felt incredibly lucky. The guesthouse was quiet, with a lovely environment and very cozy rooms. The airport shuttle service was a thoughtful touch, and the butler service was meticulous. Since we checked in late, they even turned on the room lights in advance, which was incredibly heartwarming. In the cold weather, the warm feeling of opening the door was wonderful. It's clear the owner puts their heart into the business; every detail is meticulously considered – the toiletries, decor, materials, and even the room's fragrance all touched my heart. We also had dinner here, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. In short, I give it a perfect score. While it's not flawless or unparalleled, I think the sincerity and care shown are very important. I will recommend Naribo to more friends.

Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

My stay was fantastic, thanks largely to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. A special thanks to 许菲, who assisted me with transport and activities even while off-shift. She also helped me track down my cosmetics bag, which I'd left on my flight. Later, when I had to go to the airport to collect it, the on-duty receptionist arranged a free ride for me, worried I'd have trouble getting a taxi. I would definitely recommend staying here. Plus, the rooms are very high-tech, featuring automated curtains and fully automatic toilet including automatic opening and closing of the toilet cover!

A really beautiful place with quiet and tranquility that allows us to recharge and reset from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location may be a tad far from changbaishan north slope- however, the hotel Concierge - a special shout out to Mr 孙浩熙 for going out for his way and beyond to help us get tickets and made arrangements even on his rest day.  The room is really beautiful and spacious, and it’s only a 10min walk out to get food and necessities. Side note is that the walkway could be better lighted, especially during winter as the dark falls after 5pm; and it was a little scary to walk out then.  In all, high recommended for anyone who needs a rest and have a full recharge! Really love the room and the impeccable service from all the staff :)

Amazing view! It has been absolutely amazing stay. Pullman is the best hotel around and has comprehensive facilities and services. Manager 刘云飞 has been taking care of us during our stay and helped us throughout. Definitely come back.

Very good, there is a lotus pond downstairs in the community. Eating and transportation are very convenient.
