I'd suggest placing a freestanding coat rack in the living room of the suites, especially during winter. As this bathroom was rarely used, I didn't bother calling housekeeping; I simply disposed of it myself. **Service:** When we needed anything replenished in the room, housekeeping was quite prompt, and their service attitude was excellent. On the day we checked out, it had snowed the night before, making the roads slippery. For safety reasons, the hotel shuttle couldn't pull up directly to the lobby entrance. A staff member from the lobby, dressed in rather thin clothing, still led everyone out towards the shuttle bus. I was moving slowly with my child and luggage, and this male staff member noticed, quickly came over to help us with our suitcases, and told me to take my child onto the bus first while he loaded the luggage. I'm very grateful for his help. There's a shuttle bus service between all the hotels in the resort and the ski slopes, running every ten minutes or so. A staff member comes into the lobby to announce each shuttle, which is very convenient. We stayed in Block B, and while it wasn't a long walk, given the low temperatures, taking the shuttle was definitely more comfortable.
