We were picked up right outside the west gate of Changbai Mountain. Shi Liwen at the front desk was very attentive and thorough during check-in. The service was excellent; they answered all our questions and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options including noodles and wontons. We originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu. Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise. Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended
