The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for visiting the South Slope the next day. The room was clean and tidy, and we could easily access the hot springs downstairs. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat.

This hotel is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. They have outdoor hot springs which we love the most! The staff there are really nice and friendly. Will definitely come back to stay here again!!
