My overall experience at the hotel this time was incredibly pleasant, and I especially want to commend the front desk staff! As soon as I walked in, they proactively came forward to greet me warmly. Their attitude was consistently gentle and polite, without a hint of perfunctoriness. When I inquired about the check-in process, the staff patiently and thoroughly explained each step. If there was anything I didn't understand, they would repeat the explanation in detail, and proactively helped me verify information and reminded me of important points, saving me a lot of hassle. They handled issues efficiently and without delay, responded promptly to requests, and showed empathy by thinking from the customer's perspective. The entire communication process was smooth and comfortable. Guest Service Manager Wang Bingshu provided professional and warm service, with thoughtful and meticulous attention to detail, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. This experience was perfect, and I will definitely choose this place again if needed in the future, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Perfect score! This was my first time booking this type of resort hotel, and they offer shuttle service from the train station to the airport – you just need to notify them a day in advance. The facilities within the resort are all fantastic, with lots of activities to enjoy. I booked for three nights, and on the last day, I went to the airport in the morning, after visiting Tianchi Lake one more time. I simply couldn't use up all the hotel benefits in a day and a half. Looking at it this way, a suite for just over 1000 a night was incredibly good value for money!

Traveling during the off-season is a divine choice! The hotel's located right in the heart of the resort area, close to all the dining options. The amenities kept the kids happy, and most importantly, the room was spacious, quiet, and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. We'll definitely consider coming back in the winter when it snows!

The environment here at Huameishengdi is truly beautiful, with a European-style town vibe that's perfect for a quiet getaway. The hotel offers a lot of complimentary perks too, but most 8-year-old boys might not find much to do. Also, there aren't many dining options in the commercial street.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The room amenities, views, and service were all excellent. Watching the sunset from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is very close to the commercial street, making it super convenient for dining and entertainment. The entire resort area also boasts a fantastic environment and service. Staying here feels like being in a 'forest oxygen bar,' a truly immersive fairytale town experience!

Overall, it was a good experience. It's just a shame we hit some cloudy weather, which wasn't ideal. Since our child is young, we couldn't try out many activities. We'll definitely come back when we have another chance. The hotel staff were excellent, very patient and helpful with every question we had. Excellent location, right in the center of town. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with a great layout, exactly as pictured. Fantastic value for money! The hotel offers a wide range of activities, and the kids' playground is large and very clean. In the evenings, there were cultural performances like iron flower fireworks and the Phoenix Flying to the Sky show in the small plaza. Our kids had two wonderfully fun and fulfilling days.

Excellent and super convenient! The breakfast buffet was absolutely luxurious. I wish I had just eaten at the hotel restaurant the night before instead of going to that place next door for their stewed chicken with mushrooms – it was really bad.
