Changbai Mountain Lvfa Accor Swissotel Resort

Huge thanks to the Swissôtel staff for making our Changbaishan trip end on such a perfect note. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and helped us with all our questions, making our three-day, two-night stay truly relaxing. My favorite part was the complimentary hot springs access – the environment was wonderful and so comfortable! The glass net bridge over the Songhua River was also impressive, and crossing the river with my husband was an unforgettable experience. Huamei Shengdi truly lives up to its nickname as the 'Little Switzerland of Northeast China.' On our last day, we got some fantastic photos at the hotel, taking home beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back!

The service was excellent; even with a full house, they were very responsive. They upgraded our room type according to our package. The room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden, but there was a slight musty smell and dampness inside the room. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the activities offered at the resort were just okay. The commercial street also had few dining options. Perhaps this is typical for Nanpo, where there are fewer crowds and it's quieter. It's perfectly fine for kids, but adults might find it a bit lacking. However, if you're traveling with family, it's highly recommended.

The room didn't have a mountain view from the balcony, but everything else was great. The facilities were comprehensive, and the suite perfectly accommodated our family with kids. The hotel butler service was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions and even going above and beyond to help us resolve an unexpected situation. I think that's 100 times better than a mountain view!

Our stay in the Changbaishan Resort suite was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the mountains and forest. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast featured fresh and abundant ingredients. The resort offers a wide range of activities, from forest walks to various leisure options, all within a tranquil and serene environment. Our whole family had a fantastic time, and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Changbaishan!

The overall environment is pretty good. Prices are a bit high during peak season, but all the staff are very enthusiastic. It would be great if they could alleviate the breakfast queue.

The butler had already added me on WeChat a day in advance and arranged the rooms according to our group's situation. The service attitude was excellent. The butler's response speed was very fast, and the villa area car arrangements were timely. The room hygiene was good. The entire Huamei area also offered good entertainment options, which the kids enjoyed.

The service was thoughtful and attentive. From basic room service to more personalized requests, the hotel staff responded proactively. A special thanks to our butler, who helped us with all our questions, offered proactive service, and made the entire holiday experience incredibly smooth!
