Fox Hotel Nagoya Batam

The hotel is new and the staff were warm and welcoming. While some floors are still undergoing construction, it did not significantly affect my stay. Overall, everything was good and the breakfast spread offered a decent variety of options. I had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning in the future.

Newly renovated, but many facilities are still not ready. Certain floors are still undergoing renovation, which affected the overall stay experience.

Service is good and breakfast was awesome, although is still under renovation but overall was clean too, especially with children which the bathtub was spacious

Overall is good and is worth the money. The room is spacious and the location is quite close to Grand Batam Mall. Beside hotel is Starbucks, if u lazy to go out you can have coffee over there. Oh, the hotel breakfast also nice. They provide various choices of pastry, western to local food. Just one thing that needs to improve the sound proof. You can heard somethings is talking when they passed your room

I complained about a problem with the toilet flushing, and no one came to repair it. The shower water pressure was also low. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the desserts weren't too sweet, healthy.

Hotel is relatively new however toilet can be flush and everytime need to open up the top and do it manually. Signage not properly placed for Guest to have breakfast because its located at end corner and majority of Guest are confused on which level is Breakfast area located. As im a Smoker, there is no Smoking Room available even at the Lobby area. We are required to go out of the Hotel for Smoking. NO Proper bench were set up. No Mineral Bottle is supplied, Guest were given Jugs filled with water and I'm not sure if its clean water..

The ambience of the hotel lobby and room was clean and comfortable. There’s a Starbucks and 24/7 convenience store right beside the hotel.

Place is near to batam center and easy to grab around. Hotel just undergone renovation. Is neat and comfortable

When arrived, we are greeted warmly by the bellman and front desk staff. Front desk staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wide spread and good. There are live stations for eggs and sausage. Had indomie for breakfast even. The room TV was keep on blinking but it didn’t really affect the overall experience. It is smart TV, so we spend the time listening to YouTube music Will definitely come back stay again :)
