Conveniently located to malls, market and viral cafes. Massages and spas are also very near. Convenient stores located right in front of hotel. They have room services too, remember to ask the front desk. Walkable to itsumo tart area as well.

The location is fantastic, perfect for those who enjoy visiting local markets and shopping. There are plenty of restaurants and currency exchange shops nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It's also convenient to grab a drink downstairs. I'll definitely book this place again!

Continue my aged bday on the second day in batam. With friend referral after they stay before. We booked this hotel during this trip for a three nites stay to lepark and rejuvenate. Usually we will choose a hotel with pool and gym too. But this time, we booked in advance via trip.com and got a very great deal. The check-in is very efficient handle by front desk executive , me Julios. (Very friendly and polite). Although we arrived an hour earlier, we got check-in instantly. I really appreciate the great surprise upon entering the studio suite. My partner have quietly arranged with the hotel for a birthday room deco. The hotel went to the great extend to offer us a complimentary birthday deco surprise (with a complimentary special hotel soft towel set) I took the hotel kind wishes and brought the printed deco banner to all the places we visit too (still in progress. Bhahaha) Everything is so wonderful at artotel batam. Thanks always 👍

Location very convenient. There are a lot of massage shop nearby with walking distance. There is Circle K just opposite hotel. Grand Batam mall is also just opposite the hotel. Walking distance to A2 food court too. All staff are super friendly. Rooms are very clean. We booked 3 rooms for 5 of us. We all had a good deep sleep at night. Breakfast varieties choice too. Will definitely choose this hotel in future 👍👍

Great location right opposite Grand Batam Mall. Super convenient with food and massage places just a short walk away. The rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, and the rainshower is excellent. They were also nice enough to provide extra water when requested. Just note you can hear the nearby mosques (music) at times, but otherwise a perfect stay!

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the business district. The staff were incredibly polite and provided excellent service. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a fantastic experience.
