Great hotel! Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and we had a beautiful view of the port. The only issue was a slight smell coming from the cabinets at night.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I saw cockroaches twice during my visit. The hygiene was shocking, but what was even more disappointing was the staff's response. When I told them about the cockroaches, they didn't even apologize. They just said, "Oh, they appear from time to time~" They acted as if the problem was completely normal, which was truly baffling. At the very least, if they had apologized or said they would look into it, I wouldn't have been so upset. The hygiene issue was serious, but the staff's lack of empathy for customer discomfort was even more disappointing. I never want to visit again, and I cannot recommend it to others until the hygiene and service improve.

Great place to stay, extremely clean, gorgeous view, perfect location. I would stay there again if I come back to Busan. Staff is friendly as well. There is a possibility to leave luggage in the lobby.

1. Unauthorized room modification The room was likely converted from a king-bed room to a twin-bed room without notice. The wardrobe/cabinet is completely blocked by one of the beds, reducing usable space and affecting basic room functionality. 2. Safety hazard The balcony door cannot be locked. The front desk is closed at night, leaving no immediate assistance in case of emergency. 3. Lack of basic amenities & service Toilet paper was not refilled after housekeeping on the last night. With the front desk closed at night, guests have to bring their own toilet paper just to use the restroom – a fundamental service failure. 1. 房型改動問題：房間懷疑係大床房自改雙床房，導致廚櫃被床擋住、活動空間減少，影響房間基本功能。 2. 安全隱患：陽台門鎖唔到，夜間前台又關閉，萬一有事求助無門。 3. 基本補給缺失：執房後廁紙用晒都無refill，夜晚前台又冇人，連去廁所都要自己準備廁紙，呢個完全係基本服務失誤。

The front desk closes at 10pm. There is NO EMERGENCY call available. Be it electricity or water or toilet problem, you can find NO ONE FOR HELP. It was so hopeless when the electricity in our room suddenly went out. 前台晚上10點就關了。十點以後無論你遇到甚麼問題都不會有人幫忙。我的房間在11點斷電了，完全找不到人可以解決！

The hotel is a bit old, but the room is spacious and faces the sea with a balcony. The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and it's easy to get a taxi right downstairs. There's also Lotte Department Store nearby, along with cafes and convenience stores.
