Raviens Haeundae Avenue

The room is very nice with lots of packing space, a huge fridge, a cooker and washing machine. Lovely shower. Unfortunately, there was no crockery or cutlery, no coffee or tea, no dishwashing liquid and no pots because apparently after enquiry we were told no cooking allowed. Kind of weird that they advertise that nicely fitted room but we could not use it. We booked it because of the amenities in the pics but had we known that we could not use it, we would jot have booked this place. The room was also dusty. As per the instructions we had to leave the gabbage outside the room and did so after our first night. When we returned from a day out the gabbage had not been collected. Service at the front desk is non existent. They might as well not be there.

Great to book this apartment hotel walkable to Haeunde Beach n night pedestrian market. Not much interaction with staff, but generally delivers the front desk job. Apartment is stove, laundry equipped but needs to buy washing detergent frm from desk, ideally bring your stuff if u intends to cook etc. Clean n new.. Hopefully standard is maintained.

The location was great and the room was lovely. Unfortunately the drains in the bathroom smelt really bad, there was cooking facilities but no plates or cookware and front desk were very rude.

Location : Good, easy to access many place Service : No clean service, when check in, receptionist gave the instructions stating that you can choice one day for cleaning if staying over 3 nights. But second day they change the rule by re-write the instruction by hand, stating over 4 nights can get 1 night clean service.

1.Location: very well located close to the metro station and close to the beach and pretty much everything. 2.Clean: very clean and new room and amenities. 3.Room. Big enough room , big kitchenette , big fridge , big closet , big bathroom , very spacious and new room. 4.Hotel amenities: the hotel doesn’t have much amenities , just need to go there to sleep 5.Service: service is ok , nice staff , and helpful and English is ok. 6.Need to improve: The curtains ! The room is amazing , but need to buy new curtains that block the sun , the blinds let through a lot of light and by night with street light the room is very lit , and in the morning with the sunrise too much sunlight came in that it has very hard for me to have a good sleep, need to fix that for your future guests. Really enjoy the hotel will go there again , price and location and the room is very good, just need to get better black out curtains 😆

We booked the day of arrival here at Raviens and we stayed at the 22nd floor with partial Sea View. We really enjoyed our stay here. It seems like a fairly new accommodation. Very close to the beach and the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants is at. If you don’t have a Korean plug…they would loan you one! That was really appreciated! We would book here again when we go back to Busan!
