Staying at The Upper House for our wedding anniversary for the third year in a row is the best endorsement, and we'll definitely be back next year. A huge thank you to Mr. Li Kang-le! After realizing I had accidentally picked up someone else's identical luggage at the airport, he continuously comforted me, telling me not to worry and to trust that they would absolutely help me find and exchange it. He also arranged for the concierge to give me real-time updates, and my suitcase was returned very quickly. I'm incredibly grateful. I love The Upper House not only for its excellent location – quiet yet central – but primarily because all the staff are so genuinely kind and truly want to provide exceptional service. This has been my consistent experience over the three years I've stayed here. I hope The Upper House continues to thrive and maintains this level of excellence.

Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! We stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!

I stayed in a sea-view room for two nights. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and there was a selection of different pillows to choose from. I picked a memory foam pillow and slept very well at night. All the front desk staff were excellent, and I'd especially like to thank Frankie. On the day I checked out, it was very hot. I spent four hours outdoors and was sweating profusely, feeling dizzy and experiencing mild heatstroke. When I returned to the hotel to collect my luggage, I asked a front desk staff member if I could use the changing room by the pool to take a shower. Frankie quickly arranged it for me. After my shower, feeling much better, I tried to call a car to go to the Taipa Ferry Terminal to catch my boat. I tried calling Uber for a long time but couldn't get a ride, and I was getting close to my boarding time. So, I asked Mr. Li Xing, a staff member at the first-floor counter, for help. Although he also couldn't get a car, he stood with me at the taxi stand in his suit, despite the scorching heat, and helped me ward off others who tried to cut in line. Eventually, I successfully hailed a car, and Mr. Li Xing watched until I got into the car and left safely before he returned to the hotel. I am sincerely grateful to every hotel staff member who took such good care of me.

I was so pleasantly surprised to see that you had prepared a special bed for my piglet upon check-in, along with a handwritten welcome card. I couldn't help but take photos! ☺️ My piglet is just a small plush toy I carry with me, but you noticed this little detail and even prepared a bed for it. This level of attentiveness and sense of humor truly highlights the enchanting service at St. Regis. Sometimes, it's these unexpected little details that make a trip truly memorable. I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at Conrad Macao, and as always, it's incredibly reassuring. The front desk staff are warm and efficient; the check-in process was very smooth, and they even helped arrange a room with a direct view of the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, just as I requested. During my stay, I made a last-minute request for an extra blanket, and it was delivered to my room very quickly after I notified them – their response time is truly commendable. The in-room breakfast I pre-ordered for the next morning was also delivered right on time, and the food was in perfect condition. The hotel's location is excellent, making getting around very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. Every stay here is a delightful experience, and I will continue to prioritize this hotel for my future visits to Macau. Highly recommended!

An excellent hotel! The view was great, the room was spacious, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. This time, I tried the Macau Light Rail – for 10 MOP, I took it to Barra in the Macau Peninsula, then transferred to a bus for five stops to Senado Square for shopping at the Ruins of St. Paul's. It was very convenient and saved money. My only regret is not getting to experience the pool; I was out shopping every day and didn't have time to swim.

Great value for money, with a swimming pool and spacious rooms. The swing in the lobby is a nice touch. It's a 7-minute walk to the monorail and 35 minutes to The Venetian. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit too simple. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff (one guy in particular) was very helpful and answered all my questions. However, the receptionist on duty the night I checked in was a bit stiff.

This hotel stands out a bit in Taipa, located away from the main luxury hotel zone (though it's not really that far, given how small Macau is; a taxi from central Taipa is only about 50 MOP). It's nestled by the mountains and the sea, making it quite peaceful, right next to Hac Sa Beach. The decent-sized outdoor pool is definitely a highlight. However, it's an older property, so the facilities and decor have a 90s vibe and are quite dated, which explains why the price is lower compared to hotels in central Taipa. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, and the shower has great water pressure, making for a comfortable experience.
