Every photo taken here is picture-perfect, truly befitting a landmark hotel in Macau. The location is superb, nestled within the City of Dreams resort. It's connected to a shopping mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and leisure. Traveling between the various resorts in Taipa is also incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with flowing curved designs that create a wonderful ambiance. The entire room is smart-controlled, allowing you to adjust lights and curtains with a single tap on an iPad, showcasing cutting-edge technology. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full set of Acqua di Parma toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom is generously sized, and the electric partition door offers excellent privacy. All non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are complimentary, with quality evident in every detail. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. While the toiletries have a sophisticated fragrance and are excellent to use, I do have a small suggestion. Currently, they only include shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. It would be even more perfect if a body lotion could be added. Macau's climate tends to be dry, and having body lotion would further enhance the comfort of the stay. The 40th-floor infinity sky pool is an absolute highlight, offering panoramic views of Taipa. The atmosphere at sunset is simply divine, and it's incredibly photogenic. The hotel also boasts Michelin-starred restaurants and comprehensive spa facilities. The service is the most commendable aspect. The staff are professional and courteous, responding promptly to requests. From check-in to daily needs, their attention to detail is thoughtful and non-intrusive, making the luxury experience feel opulent yet unpretentious. It was a near-perfect stay. Whether for a leisurely vacation or a sightseeing trip, the Morpheus is well worth a dedicated visit. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau!

This is my second stay, and the hotel still maintains its consistent high standards. The room quality remains excellent, and the staff are very polite and friendly. The most special feature of the room is the very large bathtub, and there's a TV so you can watch shows while bathing. However, the only downside is that the TV in the bathroom doesn't have internet access; it only offers regular TV channels. I hope in the future, the TV can connect to the internet so we can watch YouTube or Netflix, etc.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.

The room was quite spacious; a twin room easily accommodated two adults and two children. The staff were very service-oriented, and the complimentary gifts from the hotel were all exquisite. Coffee and tea refills were prompt. The room itself was elegant and generous. The only minor drawback was that the toilet seat and bathroom door didn't have soft-close mechanisms, so they made a bit of noise, which slightly impacted the stay experience. The hotel is connected to a mall, making shopping and dining convenient, and it's also close to other commercial areas. It's definitely worth a stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family! They arranged two rooms next to each other as we were there to celebrate birthday! They even provided us with a small cake which was a surprise! Breakfast was really good with many choices and even international food such as Korean theme and Indian theme on different days. Barista coffee was impressive and my kids enjoyed the ice cream counter for breakfast! Location is really good as it is close to the free hotel shuttle so we were able to take the shuttle and travelled to Zhu Hai for a day trip! Would definitely stay again!

I chose this hotel because it's within walking distance of the Galaxy Arena after a concert. There aren't many dining options nearby; we had to walk about 900 meters to a restaurant. The hotel's overall decor is new, and the staff service attitude is excellent, but the breakfast was disappointing. Considering the environment, variety, taste, and quality, it wasn't worth 108 RMB. I really regret purchasing the breakfast. The swimming pool, however, was great.

It's a great choice for families with children, those looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, and anyone who loves sea views and a relaxed pace for their vacation. The sea views are fantastic; being right next to Hac Sa Beach, most rooms offer private balconies with ocean views. The environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong resort vibe. Downstairs, there's also an outdoor swimming pool suitable for both adults and children. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, patiently explaining local transportation options. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and dinner can be delivered to your room. The Chinese restaurant also has a good reputation. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay.

The room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a bathtub, a shower, and still plenty of room. The air had a slightly musty smell, but it was tolerable! The service attitude was similar to what you'd find in China, with very polite greeters! There wasn't much for breakfast, and many places nearby only opened at 10 AM, though there were a few 24-hour shops. The restaurant downstairs closed at 10:30 PM! There's no **car**, but there's a bus stop nearby. If you're not familiar with the area, you won't know how to take the bus. The first time I hailed a taxi, it was quick, but after that, I couldn't get one for over ten minutes! It's more affordable on weekdays, but a bit expensive on Saturdays!
