Mandarin Oriental Macau

The service was excellent; they proactively helped us call a taxi. The hotel's location is also superb, making it very convenient to get around. You can easily reach MGM by car, and then access it via One Central. It's a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area.

Great location, surrounded by the new Peninsula district, right next to MGM Grand. You can take a shuttle to MGM Cotai. The room was clean, and I even got a free upgrade. If you walk a bit further into the residential area, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets.

The service at Mandarin is excellent, and the location is very quiet. Plaza 1 is right downstairs, and MGM is also nearby. It's not too far from the attractions, so you can take your time strolling there.

The service was incredibly thoughtful and excellent! Being able to request a late check-out was a huge plus. Someone even escorted us up to our room, and there was a lovely little dessert waiting for us – such a thoughtful detail. The view was fantastic, right in front of Macau Tower.

I'm so grateful for the wonderful arrangements and care from the staff during my birthday celebration here. They made me feel very relaxed and happy. I'll definitely come back for another great vacation if I get the chance.

The rooms were clean and the service was very attentive. My kids and family absolutely loved it.

Stayed during the off-season, and I'm grateful to the front desk for the room upgrade. They even provided welcome snacks and chocolates. The view from the room's window was excellent. The service and facilities generally met the Mandarin Oriental standard. Unfortunately, there was one minor issue: the outlets in the bathroom weren't compatible with the hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient for guests.

The front desk, customer service, and housekeeping all provided excellent service. We got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a sea view and a view of the Macau Tower for my birthday. However, the room and bathroom were a bit small, and the lobby and pool were tiny, which doesn't really live up to a five-star standard.
