3-Star Hotels in Macau

This was my second stay, and it's a great hotel. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Ruins of St. Paul's. The 'Rua do Guimarães' bus stop is right outside, making it very convenient to get here by bus from the Qingmao Port. There's also the 'Ponte 16' bus stop nearby, which offers direct service to the Macau Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the decor is tasteful. The front desk staff are very professional. Upon check-in, I received a drink voucher for the 15th-floor observation deck, where enjoying a drink and the night view was very pleasant.

This stay was great overall. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get around from. The room was spotless, with no dust in the corners, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The bed was soft, and it was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient, and the service was friendly. They patiently answered all my questions. The room was well-equipped, with stable hot water and smooth Wi-Fi. It offers great value for money. I'll choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

I felt this place was particularly suitable for traveling with my parents, and the price wasn't too expensive. The breakfast was also good. There are many scenic spots nearby, and there's also a shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa. Taking a taxi isn't very convenient because it seems you have to flag down taxis yourself throughout Macau.

Facilities: The overall decor is quite nice and relatively new. The bedding and everything else were very clean. Hygiene: Very clean, with no strange odors. Environment: The location is excellent, on a very quiet street. It's close to Macao Polytechnic University and government buildings, which makes me feel very safe. Service: The service attitude was great. I had a last-minute situation, and when I went down to ask the front desk staff, they were very patient and helped me out. Especially appreciated was the availability of mainland Chinese standard power outlets, which was a huge help since I forgot my travel adapter.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and it's consistently excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room is tidy and clean, and the bedding and pillows are just right – very comfortable. It's quiet at night. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau.

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is also large. There are several tables in the room, perfect for holding a lot of things, especially since girls tend to have many cosmetics. The hygiene was good, and most importantly, the transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right across the street. Across the road, there's a variety of delicious food options. Zheng Shi Long Tai Milk Tea is tasty, DINO's burgers are big and delicious, and the food at C-Star Cafe is great 😋. All in all, it was a very good stay.

I initially thought, based on online reviews, that the hygiene and environment would be quite subpar, but it was actually decent. The room was indeed a bit small, but considering it's Macau, it's acceptable. The cleanliness was also pretty good; the towels and sheets seemed to be well-cleaned. When we needed to set up the sofa bed, a cleaning staff member proactively came to help us and even brought extra slippers and toothbrushes. The service was truly excellent, and we could store our luggage for free! Overall, it was very good, and it's quite close to the border gate, though the route is a bit circuitous. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient. The room card even had public transportation information for the surrounding area, which was a very thoughtful touch.

This was my first time staying at the Fortuna Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised that they offer a complimentary late-night snack after 10 PM. The room's overall environment was excellent – clean, hygienic, and well-maintained facilities. The reception was very warm and welcoming, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. They helped us figure out the transport in Macau. Rooms were big and comfortable, but there was a smell of smoke. Breakfast was disappointing, there wasnt any food choice - you had a coupon for breakfast meal. I understand its not a buffet, but at least provide two more options.

This hotel is located in a bustling central area of Macau, yet it's surprisingly quiet, allowing for a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick and easy. They even offered complimentary luggage storage on our last day after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. It offers excellent value for money; the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end place. I loved it! Many thanks, I'm very satisfied!
