The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets and local eateries, situated in the old town area, not far from St. Paul's Ruins. I really liked the serene and quiet environment of the hotel, and the price was very budget-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was delicious. The cleaning auntie was also very kind. It was a very satisfying trip. In the evenings, it was great to wander around the neighborhood and stretch my legs. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Kyoto Hotel Macau yesterday, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I honestly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Avenida da Praia Grande, directly across from the New Yaohan department store. It's just a ten-minute walk to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, with plenty of local eateries nearby, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were polite and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, with detailed and thoughtful explanations. My room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The room was well-equipped and brightly lit with natural light. This hotel offers great value for money, saving time and effort for travel, dining, and sightseeing. It's perfect for both short overnight stays and quick getaways. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Macau.

Facilities: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Cleanliness: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ambiance: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I was impressed the moment I walked in! The front desk staff proactively spoke Mandarin, and the room had the feel of a luxurious hotel from last century. The cleanliness was impeccable, with not a single speck of dust. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location is super convenient, right outside a bus stop 🚏. The value for money is absolutely incredible! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended, I loved it! 😍🥰

This hotel is my go-to whenever I'm in Macau, and I've given it great reviews many times before. However, this time I hit a snag. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the Border Gate (roughly every hour). We were waiting in the lobby 40 minutes early, and the shuttle did arrive on time. But then it took a winding route, picking up people at multiple stops, not at all like a direct car or public bus route. A trip that should have taken less than 20 minutes ended up taking over an hour to reach the Border Gate! What's more, where we were dropped off wasn't directly at the Border Gate entrance; we had to lug our luggage up and down stairs and walk a bit to even see the Border Gate. We almost missed our departure.

The apartment seems to have been renovated, and it's quite bright and quiet. The room was very clean, and any minor issues were quickly resolved by the cleaning staff. There are many snack options nearby, and it's convenient for both walking and taking public transport. The location is great, I slept well, and the luggage storage was excellent. Overall, for a solo trip, it offers great value for money. Seeing me buy large bottles of water every day, the cleaning lady even went out of her way to provide extra water for me.

Excellent! My first stay here, and I was surprisingly satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with slippers, toiletries, coffee, and a safe. It's quite close to The Venetian; you can take a few bus stops from the overpass opposite the hotel to 'Estrada do Istmo'. I was also thrilled to catch the drone show. The lake view room is a godsend for light sleepers, and it's quiet enough to relax even during the day. The only drawback was that it took about five or six minutes for the hot water to warm up, but thankfully it's summer, so it wasn't too much of an issue.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Macau. It offers great value for money and a fantastic location, right opposite Wynn, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel feels a bit dated, and the facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is decent, and the shower pressure is excellent, which I was quite happy with. It's definitely a good value option on the Peninsula.

## Location: Absolutely a fantastic 5-star location! The hotel is directly opposite Sands, and Fisherman's Wharf is right next to Sands. March is the off-peak season in Macau, so there's no direct bus from Hengqin Port to Sands. You need to transfer at The Venetian, but it's still quite convenient. From Sands to the hotel, you have to cross a pedestrian bridge, but there's a 24-hour elevator. Once you exit the elevator, it's not a long walk in either direction, which is very helpful for travelers with luggage. ## Surroundings: To the right of the hotel, there's a small alley that leads directly to Macao Polytechnic University, less than 100 meters away, making it super convenient for students taking exams there. A 5-minute walk to the left will take you to the Lotus Square, and you can also see the Golden Lotus from the pathway behind the hotel. If you head right out of the hotel and walk straight down the main road for 15-20 minutes, you can reach the Grand Lisboa and Macau Tower. There are plenty of dining options nearby, probably due to its proximity to the university, with choices for all budgets. ## Facilities: The hotel reception is on the second floor. The interior facilities are complete, and the bedding and amenities are good. The room also has a refrigerator. The room isn't huge but doesn't feel cramped. ## Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well and felt comfortable. However, the windows are sealed, so upon first entering, there was a slight musty smell due to lack of ventilation. Thankfully, it dissipated after turning on the air conditioning and ventilation system. ## Environment: The hallway soundproofing isn't great; you can hear people walking and talking outside the room. Traffic noise from the street outside also comes through at night. However, this seems to be a common issue with hotels and can't be avoided. ## Service: The front desk staff are busy but very responsible, and they can switch between Mandarin and Cantonese freely for guests. A deposit is required for check-in, and Alipay is accepted.

The Hotel is clean and simple with big rooms and cold A/C but no coffee only tea and water with free sample cookies , breakfast is ok but offering the same everyday and not serving American like bread and butter , pancakes, ham and bacon or sausages only pure chinese cuisine and limited drinks . when you check in they will asked for a deposit of MOP 500 either by cash or credit card even if you have prepaid the rooms way in advance . Until now the amount has not been credited back to my debit card since I checked out 2 days ago.
