The hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps) It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay. The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Our family room had two traditional heated beds (kang), which was perfect for letting the kids play around freely – so comfortable! We stayed at the resort for two days and felt it was super suitable for families with children. Right outside our door was a courtyard filled with thick snow, allowing the little ones to play to their heart's content. If we go again, we'll definitely choose Yuangxiang Resort! The environment is absolutely beautiful.

An excellent stay experience. The environment is tranquil and secluded, a perfect escape for a holiday. From post-booking follow-ups, airport transfers, room cleanliness, bedding, toiletries, and turn-down service, everything reflects Park Hyatt's high quality and personalized service. The hotel staff are wonderful, especially Joy and Eric, who were meticulous, thoughtful, and highly professional. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with both buffet and à la carte options. The noodles and pastries were particularly delicious. Afternoon tea and dinner each have their unique charms, catering to diverse guest preferences. The hotel package includes benefits provided by Wanda Resort, making it ideal for families. Looking forward to returning during ski season.

Staying at the E-Hwa Hotel on Changbai Mountain was definitely a great choice. The hotel has a wonderfully peaceful and calming environment, and the rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains and forest. The public lounge areas also have a fantastic atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. A special thank you goes out to Manager David. His service was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and efficient, always with a good sense of discretion. He took great care of us throughout our stay, and his gentle and attentive service really added a lot of joy to our trip. Highly recommended!

Momo provided excellent service, especially Manager Wang, who was like a local guide. She meticulously explained all the benefits and sent us a recommended itinerary within the resort. Her response time was super fast, and the service was thoughtful and thorough. The room decor was cozy and healing, and the breakfast was delicious. It was cool in the resort in the evening, and the air was fresh. The primeval forest was so beautiful; our trip was incredibly fulfilling. Manager Wang even upgraded us to a super king room with a small tent bed, which was incredibly comfortable.

Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang.

I brought my child to Changbai Mountain for a summer escape, and our stay at the Hyatt was absolutely perfect. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff! During check-in, they noticed we were traveling with a child and proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade. The new room was much more spacious, and the balcony overlooked a lush green mountain forest, which my child absolutely loved. This thoughtful service was a wonderful surprise. The hotel's North American log-cabin style creates a quiet and cool atmosphere. With abundant negative oxygen ions in the mountain forest during summer, it's a natural retreat from the heat. Our room included a humidifier and soft bedding, with details perfectly tailored for families. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local Northeastern specialties. The indoor heated pool and kids' play area are fully equipped, making it easy to entertain the little ones even on rainy days. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the resort's commercial street, with easy access to attractions like the scenic cable car, mountain coaster, and outdoor hot springs, making sightseeing and activities incredibly hassle-free. The entire staff was warm and attentive; the concierge proactively helped with our luggage and was very responsive. With excellent facilities and warm, thoughtful service, this is our top choice for a family vacation. We'll definitely choose the Hyatt again on our next trip to Changbai Mountain. Highly recommended!

The service attitude is very good and the landlady is also very kind. She helps with the preparation of ski tickets and rents snow clothes. Everything is very complete, including toiletries, sockets, TVs, clothes hangers, curtains, etc. Toothbrushes and toothpastes are very environmentally friendly and hygienic and are disposable. The lights also have soft lights and lighting. The towels and bath towels are also very clean, and the safety measures are also in place. Each room is equipped with safety measures and air conditioning. I am afraid of the heat in winter and the cold in summer, so I feel very comfortable here. The scenery outside the window is also very good, and I feel that I have been upgraded to a new level instantly. The room is also very clean, things are arranged very neatly and have a sense of hierarchy.

The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
