Facilities: The room didn't come with a comb, shower gel, shampoo, and other toiletries. Cleanliness: There were still uncleaned fingerprints on the table, and the bathroom wasn't separated into wet and dry areas. The shower floor was very slippery, and there was even packaging left by a previous guest that suddenly washed out from under the anti-slip mat while I was showering. When I was looking for my bracelet in the morning, I also noticed a thick layer of dust under the bed. Environment: The location is great, making it convenient to go to a nearby town for meals. The resort environment is also fantastic. Service: The front desk staff (a young man) was very responsive to all requests and even recommended going to the nearby town for more affordable dining options, as eating at the resort is quite expensive.

We originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu. Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise. Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended

Throughout our stay, all of our transportation arrangements were handled by 车队任师傅, who was always punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would also like to thank 宫程经理 for arranging our transportation so efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade without even asking. It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated. A very special thank you goes to 陈雪姣经理 and the entire front office team for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care towards our family throughout our stay. One of the biggest reasons we decided to extend our stay was 亲子教练甜甜姐姐. This was truly an extra bonus that set this resort apart from the other five-star resorts in the area. Her passion, patience, creativity, and dedication to the children's activities created unforgettable memories for our family, and our little one enjoyed every single moment. The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.
