Although the facilities aren't brand new, they are very clean, and the bedding is spotless. Even though there's no air conditioning, it wasn't hot at all at night; I even needed a blanket in the middle of the night. All the staff were lovely, especially Crispy Shark at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and reminded us to close the window because it would get cold at night.

The hotel has a grand exterior, but the location is a bit out of the way and the surrounding area is deserted. Many of the hot spring pools were closed, and the service was a mess. I stayed for two nights, and when I came back on the second day, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been taken out, and the water hadn't been brought in... This is the first time I've encountered this situation in a high-end hotel! The hotel restaurant is quite good, and the set meals are quite affordable.

Throughout our stay, all of our transportation arrangements were handled by 车队任师傅, who was always punctual, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We would also like to thank 宫程经理 for arranging our transportation so efficiently, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and even offering us a complimentary room upgrade without even asking. It was a thoughtful surprise that we truly appreciated. A very special thank you goes to 陈雪姣经理 and the entire front office team for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful care towards our family throughout our stay. One of the biggest reasons we decided to extend our stay was 亲子教练甜甜姐姐. This was truly an extra bonus that set this resort apart from the other five-star resorts in the area. Her passion, patience, creativity, and dedication to the children's activities created unforgettable memories for our family, and our little one enjoyed every single moment.
