"Good service from the staff as the staff are cheerful n helpful. Shuttle bus to harbourfront & outram mrt provide convenience to the guests. Floating basket afternoon tea is good but the food could be in bite size so that we can eat it in the pool easily. Breakfast buffet is good too. Overall is a great experience for my family staycation"

"The first day I checked in was raining, I managed to borrow an umbrella from the staff who were very helpful. The breakfast was decent and there are water dispensers at level 2 accessible without room card. Great location to access the downtown line and circle line, less than 15 minutes walking distance to Bugis, Fort Canning park, Singapore National Library and many more. At night it was quiet and there were less crowds. My room at level 6 corner single beds room for 2 people was small and couldn't fit those with luggage 25 inches and above."

"Nice and quiet place. Customer Service Officers at reception are very attentive and cheerful. Room full of amenities like induction cooker, microwave and washing machine. Nice gifts for our wedding anniversary. Near to Bouna Vista Mrt and Star Vista Mall. Overall, a wonderful and satisfied stay. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is near Havelock station just 3mins. away. There's hawkers downstairs, Tiong Bahru Market and 7/11 2 mins. away. The building is a bit old and the carpets are old too but the room is clean, we have a huge window, a fridge, 3 bottled waters etc. the room is huge and the toilet & bath is also huge. The water pressure is so strong and the a/c is really cold. We had a great stay! Thank you."

"Last minute arrangement for overseas transit a resting night. Check in was fast and smooth. Great hospitality from the front desk and gotten a complimentary upgrade to premier room.  Carpark is easily accessible from basement directly to room.  Room is clean and all basic amenities are included. Highly recommended for business travelers/short transit travelers who wanted quiet environment."

"Excellent stay with my bestie. The room is good for 2 people, with working desk and able to work with my laptop. Internet speed is excellent. We are on the cornered room, quiet at night. Bus stop is near the hotel. MRT takes 10mins walk. Riding a bus in Singapore is more convenient and cheap so we prefer this than riding expensive MRT. With daily cleaning and there’s bidet to toilet. 10/10"

"Perfect location surrounded by famous eatery. 24hrs of front reception ease late check in and early hour check out. Default check out timing 11am. Limited car & motorbike parking lot. Smaller size of double suite room but made a decent stay for one night."
