Momentus Hotel Alexandra

Have stayed at this hotel a few times before but decided to splurge a little more to enjoy the club lounge. Check-in was somehow done at the ground level even though the website said there is a personalised check-in at the club lounge. We were served by Wei Liang but the experience wasn't really pleasant as there was no info provided (e.g. Did not confirm the room type that I booked or inform about the checkout timing etc), so we were rather confused on our booking. Though these could be addressed if we asked, I think there is still a minimum standard in terms of service that needs to be met without asking. Basically he just asked me to type in my email address and sign off without explaining anything to me. So the entire experience during check-in was rather disappointing. Thank God that everything changes after we tried out the lounge. Candy was extremely friendly and accommodating. Constantly checking if the guests needed anything and was interactive - ensuring our stay was enjoyable. There is a decent selection and quality of food and drinks during evening cocktail session. Candy also offered to mix some drinks for us to try. The morning breakfast was also quite good. Decent spread of food and tasted pretty good too. Simie was also very attentive and accommodating. Kudos to the club lounge staff, especially both Candy and Simie, for making our stay so much more enjoyable and pleasant.

Although the breakfast options were somewhat limited and the soundproofing could be better, my overall experience at the hotel was positive. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for my needs. I would consider staying here again in the future

Nice and clean. Near to IKEA Alexander which is convenient to walk to. Able to go other places with bus. Very good and pleasant stay.

Everything was wonderful! Thanks to the friendly, competent staff. Clean room, loved the iron and ironing board in the closet, very convenient 😁 Filtered drinking water. The hotel also has a shuttle. Great view, lovely pool, well equipped gym and the breakfast buffet was definitely worth it! I 100% recommend this hotel!

Good experience. Friendly staffs. Enjoy breakfast. Need to change menu Monthly. All the while dishes never change .

The room are so spacious and the bed are very comfy its 4star hotel for me very near to malls and ikea singapore . surely stay again

Well, the location is not bad? Closer to several bus station rather than MRT. Took around 15mins walking to the nearest MRT, but bus station just down stairs. The room size is a little bit compact though, but probably due to the fact that we are in Singapore?? Every inches matter :)) While the sound insulation is a little bit poor. In the early morning being waken by the alarm set from the room beside. Super loud for me though, my friend said she is fine though, but not me.

The front desk lady, her name is Nash was very unfriendly and unprofessional to us. We asked her for direction to go to the place we want to go, she just replied “take taxi” and very reluctant to offer any directions to us. Her attitude was not willing to help. We asked her when we first checked in at the hotel and, unfortunately, we asked her for directions when we checked out, same attitude. Very unprofessional lady.

Good choice. Very convenient with a lot of eatery around. Looking forward to stay here again in near future.
