This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the City Hall MRT station. It's also super close to the Marina Bay attractions by foot. The best part is that it's been renovated, so the colors and design make it feel spacious and bright. The check-in experience was excellent! It's clean, hygienic, and every corner has a touch of thoughtful design. This is a five-star hotel with incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Singapore!

This hotel is in a very central location, just a 10-minute walk to Merlion Park, making transportation super convenient. I last stayed here in 2017, and after its renovation, I decided to return. The room is a bit small, which is a major drawback. Also, it's all spotlights, so even with all of them on, it's not very bright at night. As for the environment: The location is great, right in the city center, and Funan Mall is directly opposite. The pool looks very clean, though I didn't go for a swim. This is my many times if returning as its my top pick for staycation! Love that they actually have a water dispenser now which saves a lot of trouble to get water! Bed was sturdy and comfy very comfortable. And the deep soaking tub was so good! The service and housekeeping staffs were very warm and nice too! Ashley in particular during checking in was extremely welcoming so were the service staffs at concierge! Thank you for the hospitality !

Check-in at the hotel was incredibly slow. The front desk staff were quite old and didn't speak Chinese. We arrived at noon and couldn't check in, so we just completed the paperwork and left our luggage. When we came back in the evening, we had to queue again to get our room assigned. The room itself was very satisfactory and clean. However, the mini-fridge was drawer-style and completely at room temperature. There was no bottled water; we had to refill from a water dispenser which looked quite dirty. Luckily, the supermarket in the basement of Funan Mall across from the hotel sold cheap water – 1.5 liters for S$0.85, which saved us. Coca-Cola was S$3 for two 500ml bottles, much cheaper than 7-Eleven where the same size was S$3.8. Funan Mall also has plenty of dining options like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.
