The location is super convenient; it felt like we arrived quickly from the airport. We checked in fast even though it was late at night. They have a decent-sized gym and pool, and breakfast is included. Plus, there's a mall downstairs which is really handy.

Facilities: Generally good. Cleanliness: So-so. Environment: Quite good. There's a supermarket right next door, so food, drinks, and shopping are all super convenient and hassle-free. Service: Pretty good. You can store your luggage, etc.

Let's start with the downsides. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I always check the bedding when I stay at a hotel. Finding hair on the bed in this hotel was quite upsetting, but I called the front desk and housekeeping promptly changed the linens, so that was okay. On the plus side, it's close to the airport and the expo center, there's a mall nearby, and it's close to the subway station – it pretty much has everything you need. The hotel lobby air conditioning was very cold, but the elevator was quite hot. P.S. Both the hotel reception and housekeeping spoke English.

We had a late flight, landing in Singapore past 11 PM. This hotel is very close to the airport, making check-in convenient. The hotel is clean and provides drinking water. Right next to it, there's a large FairPrice supermarket and several breakfast spots, which was really handy for grabbing breakfast and stocking up on essentials and snacks. Definitely recommend it!

My main purpose this trip was to attend a conference. This hotel's location is very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk to the venue. The subway station is also nearby, making it easy to get to the airport. However, getting to the city center, Chinatown, etc., takes over 30 minutes. The hotel's basic facilities are fine, and the shower pressure is good. There's also a mall and supermarket conveniently located nearby.
