"Amazing hotel stay experience! Highly strategic location with convenient access to Kyoto station. Friendly service from service staff. Top-notch cleanliness. Toiletries and other amenities are available at front desk. The gender-segregated public bath was safe and relaxing. Breakfast buffet variety was great too. In the early morning of my second day staying here, both the hot and cold water supplies were unavailable, but the hotel management fixed the issue promptly and resumed the water supplies within a few hours' time."

"Location wise just one stop from kyoto train station. Free flow drinks, private bath and public bath available. Midnight noodles & ice cream available from 9-11pm. Japanese course dinner served special menu from their chef. Buffet breakfast choices were a lot. Can store luggage before check in or after check out. Provide luggage transfer with some fees within kyoto area. Definitely worth to pay a visit to experience kyoto culture. 👍🏻"

"We had a lovely stay at Kaya Nijo. Beautiful Japanese interior decor with modern amenities. Friendly staff at reception.  Location is convenient with 5 minutes walk to bus stop (main form of transport for sightseeing), Lawson and supermarket. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was very near JR Kyoto station maybe about 5 mins walk. Opposite is Don Quitoe which made it easier to buy things. We loved the separation of the toilet and shower area and the shower area is big and comes with deep bathtub. The room is also quite spacious. I can fully open my luggage and still have space to move around. The buffet breakfast is amazing as there are many choices to choose from, especially the beef which is very nice. The hotel also comes with public bath but we didn’t try. Huge lobby and lounge to allow hotel guests to take coffee or tea. There is even a section to collect some amenities like lotion, shaver, bath towel which is a plus point. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is nearby the Kyoto station & bus station which is very convenient to go around the city. Since it is my girlfriend’s birthday, I’ve contacted the hotel to pre-arrange the special decoration & birthday cake! Very nice decor and arrangement! Only one thing is the room seem little bit small than the expectation otherwise than that everything from the hotel cleanliness to the staff are good and on the high standard. I will definitely come back this hotel in the future when visit Kyoto again!"

"A tina, but very comfortable place to stay. The staff is friendly, and checkout can be done easily vie tablet. It is located about 8min to the metro station. The rooms get cleaned every three days only, but you get enough towels. The rooms have a small fridge and a watercooker aswell."
